Amazing service and great atmosphere!!!!!
All of the broistas are great, however I have my favorites. Excuse my lack of name knowledge. I absolutely adore the girl with purple hair 💜, chunky African American gentleman, both tall African American ladies the one with green hair 💚, and the one with the pretty smile 😁, as well as both short ladies. Female blonde manager, qwerky gentleman with all of the piercings. Their energies and personalities make up excellent service!!!!!!!!!! And absolutely amazing atmosphere. But I truly appreciate all they do, the drinks are consistent and delicious every time!!!! ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🤎🖤🤍👏👏👏👏

Nice 👍, good parking, nice customer service, friendly and happy, the staff, there is a small table outside for four people, there are more restaurants and shops nearby, but without traffic congestion, the hungry are relaxed. You can have your drinks in the car comfortably without time

If I can give a 0 star rating I would! I got about 10 drinks on September 1 around 9:39pm. The employee with purple hair was so rude and the manger needs to be changed asap! I was approached by the employee with purple hair to take my order but I asked for a second since I needed time to look at the menu. She then proceeded to make more drinks. Once I was ready I told her and she looked at her coworker, nodded her head and rolled her eyes saying “teenagers”. I found that so rude and unprofessional! The fact that I hadn’t order yet a was given attitude was unbelievable. After one of my friends was done with her order she proceeded to say “next time speak up because there is music playing” and my friend responded saying “ok”. Once it was my turn I spoke up and she still told me to speak up about 4x even though I had raised my voice so she can hear me. I was done with my order and I politely asked for her name and she said “I’m not giving you my name” I then nicely said “okay there’s no need for all the attitude you gave us” mind you I said it nice as possible. She then went on a break and went in the car with “another employee” according to the manger. After getting our drinks and walking to car the other employee speed off almost hitting one of my friends. We got home and tasted our drinks to find out they tasted like water! We went back and asked to speak to the manager to discuss what had happened previously and get our drinks remade. As we were speaking to the manager she took the employees side and made up excuses such as, “we are supposed to treat our employees like our customers so we tend to give them a lot of chances” and after telling her about the incident with the car she said “she always does that. It isn’t the first time.” The manger then told us that the employee with the purple hair had accused us of taking pictures of her! (There was no pictures taken what so ever). We asked the manager if she can speak with the employee and she said “ she doesn’t want to speak with me”. You would think speaking to the manager you would come up with a resolution but she gave so many excuses and tried to cut around the situation to back up the employee. I hope this gets to the owner since we were told by the manger there’s isn’t anyone above her, they don’t have a customer service number, and couldn’t talk to the employee.

Purple hair employee had an attitude even before helping. She got angry because I didn't know my order even though l asked her for a second. Obviously she isn't fit to work retail if she doesn't expect a customer to need time or even have patience. She then proceeded to cry after helping us like it was our fault was complained to her manager for having attitude when in reality we were given attitude even before being asked what we wanted.
Not to mention I payed for 11 drinks. Very bad Service! I hope no one else is treated this way by this person.
