They definitely lost me as a customer. I waited a little over an hour for one of those giveaways. I get it, they run out. but I paid and even gave a tip, and not once did they say they had ran out until i was at the window picking up my drinks. My drink was also made wrong šš½

We showed up on time for the order we made on the app, and had to wait ten minutes because the shop was behind on orders. The soft top on the peppermint mocha had melted by the time we got it, and when I asked them to give us a new one, I was told I would be charged. Dutch Bros says they will replace a drink they make a mistake on, but they wouldn't. When I tried to report this on the app, I never got past the AI, because there were no people available. Edited to note that my doing as you suggested is part of the complaint. I tried that before making this negative review.

Drinks are way better here than Starbucks. I recommend u to support them cuz better deals too.
the service was horrible, we came up and worker was speaking to another guest (seemed to be friends) in the lane for over 20 mins (and āthe friendā had the ipad putting the order herself) , i ordered and asked to get the order repeated multples and asked multiple times to get softop and when i got up to the window then asked again if it had soft top and another young lady said āyes baby thereās soft top trust meā in a very rude way, i then got the drinks with no soft top and the āmanagerā was here watching the whole thing and proceeded to charge me (which is okay and understandable) but then proceeded to gossip w fellow peers about the situation, very rude and i work in another dutch bros and know that dutch bros should set a good experience and good attitude. i loved the drinks but a horrible experience.
