I ordered through their app yesterday and the food was the worst food that I have ever gotten from El Pollo Loco. Everything was bland, the chicken was burnt ( my meal literally included burnt gristle) and the avocado tasted so old that it was actually nauseating. This is not the location to give your hard earned money.

Great food as always, the best service I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. All the employees were so nice but Dylan was great! Supper friendly and helpful. The dining area was very clean and tidy.
