Went in today to get some gelato after dinner. We walked in and it was completely empty, chairs on top of the tables, and no workers in sight. Waited a few minutes for an elderly man to come out from the back. When he came to the front he seemed very irritated. I asked if he had any of the other flavors listed, he said no. So they are limited on flavors, it was just the front case. The menu prices have been covered up with black so we had no idea the prices of the cups. I got 4 (strawberry, peach, salted caramel, and cookies and cream) of the piccolo which is the smallest size available. When I went to pay it was $8 a cup. $33.49 was our total for the 4 tiny cups of gelato. The flavor was good but not a gelato texture, seems like it had been in the freezer for a while so it was hard and a bit crumbly, not creamy and smooth like gelato usually is. I love the idea of a fresh gelato place but this was not it. And the price for the size was not worth it.

I recently started coming to farleys to get my coffee and my only regret is not coming sooner! The coffee is great and Gary always makes sure I leave laughing from his jokes

Gary was super sweet and the we order coffee gelato and Expresso and it was delicious! We also got a comedy show with it too. Gary was so welcoming and informational and overall everything was great!

Kind of expensive, but great quality costs more.

The Gelato is AMAZING!!! The owner is a straight forward guy and I LOVE IT!!! You better have a sense of humor going in lol!!!

I stopped because I saw he had a REAL coffee machine behind the counter, not the usual push button Starbucks BS. Coffee was amazing and conversation was enlightening. Of all the 1-star reviews I've seen here because of his attitude, all I can say is you probably deserved what you got. I'll be back repeatedly to help offset the entitled whiners posting comments.

If i could give them no stars; i would. The man serving my kids and i was extremely rude and had zero customer service. The food was not worth the verbal abuse

Unfortunately, some of Us will not get good Customer Service nor be treated with respect. I was craving for Gelatto and my husband had already warned me about the "Owner's " attitude to some customers. Sure enough he was just rude and as I'm reading the comments now, I see he really "Chooses" who to treat "differently:. Someone here commented maybe we are too sensitive, no Sir being treated with respect when I decide to spend my money in your business. Some lady also commented to be respectfully and teach our kids the same, well the owner is not showing that either, I don't know if it has to do with age or health problems but I'm also shock the business still opens!

Honestly, I love to support small businesses and hate writing negative reviews, but this frostbitten sad excuse for gelato is NOT worth $11…the pic is how it was served btw…

The owner is a little rude, and he will rush you to order even when it's not busy. However, the Gelato is so good it's still completely worth it.

Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome if they know how to behave. If they are causing a scene or bothering other patrons, you will be asked to leave.
