I emailed back and forth for the couple weeks prior to get the details of the cake just right and they were very accommodating and creative. They also bent over backward to have my cake ready for me when i asked to move the date up sooner with only a couple days notice and over Easter weekend. Im sure that's not their preference to have to do that but they were very kind and came through. So if you want someone that communicates and works with you... go here. I had high expectations based on the comments. But I was highly disappointed when I tasted the cupcakes. Overpriced too! $35 for a pack of 12 cupcakes that are small in size. Think Hostess cupcake size, 12 for $35.. NO THANK YOU..

I reached out to them on Instagram. It took 3 days to get a response. I replied. They never responded back to me. I tried to order a cake to feed 4 people. I believe my order may have been too small. I wouldn’t know because they never responded. I thought of getting in contact with them through their website or phone. But they ask for you not to place the same order through different methods. Anyways. Because I waited for a response, I ran out of time to order a cake with another bakery. I wouldn’t recommend messaging them through Instagram. They lack communication.

I saw "vegan" walking by so I went inside. Red velvet cupcake was a nice treat! The guy was kind. And he said something about helping the environment one vegan cupcake at a time :p They had one other option which was a brownie for 7 something. It was huge, but idk the prices were kinda high for their limited veg stuff

They have very limited cruelty-free cupcake choices, and they are very dry and not at all worth the price. Save your money and go to a fully vegan establishment because these cupcakes are why so many people say vegan food is gross.

Amazing cake! Our experience with Floradonnas for our daughter's 50's theme Quinceñera was wonderful. We asked for cake tasting they accommodated us. When there was a mix up they handled it and gave us a second tasting. We gave them some ideas and pictures of design we wanted and they created this which was perfect. We got so many compliments from guests on taste and design.
Got some cupcakes from them for my birthday, they were so tasty and everytime I have been in there they have been so nice and helpful with any questions that I had!

They don't even deserve one star I ordered 8inch size cake with 12 inch height but instead when the time came to pick up it was 5 inches height they damaged my cake

Went to a friend's party this weekend, food was great. However the cake was not so great. It was raw and hard in someplaces. The flavor was weird. Every one was throwing away whole pieces of cake.I felt bad for the host. Will not buy will from this place. Good for decorations not for eating!

All these great reviews are surprising. The treats are just ok, but the service isn't good. They don't have signs listing what the flavors and are put out when asked. Note to staff, if you're not going to be helpful when corresponding with customers, please add little signs so we don't have to talk to each other. :) Or better yet, be overly helpful and friendly to customers who are spending their money to support your business.
