There are rodents here and cleanliness is a problem. In addition the employees are treated very poorly.

The food was disappointing, the drinks were great & the service was great. There was no wait when we arrived, were seated right away. The food came out quickly but the food just lacked flavor in my opinion. The drinks were great, and all the staff was very friendly. Definitely not somewhere i would return.

Services were good and a fun atmosphere, but the New York strip was tough and to chew. For the money, you expect a great steak. Plan on spending $100 plus for a couple.

We waited 20+ minutes to get our drink order in. We ordered our cocktails with a glass of water on the side. Got our cocktail about 10 minutes later. No water. Then the server comes and cracks a joke about us being hungry. At this point it's been about 30 minutes of waiting, that joke was not going to land well. I ordered the creamy steak pasta and my girlfriend ordered shrimp pesto pasta. When they both came out. The plates were not hot. My creamy steak pasta was not creamy at all, I had no sauce at all!!. I sent it back. It came back. It looked like they just got the sauce and tossed it on top. They didnt mix or heat it up. It would've been nice for a brand new one but I guess not. They didnt bother warming it up. When we asked for the check.... that was in our hands literally seconds. Still no waters.

Im very disappointed with this visit. I'll think twice about going there.

All of us that had chicken in the meal found it overcooked and very dry. Bread on a chicken sandwich was burnt black .Prices are Very expensive for what they serve. They no longer have WiFi available. I don't think anyone we know will return to this restaurant.

Bottom line: $108 for two entrees, an appetizer, and two drinks, is absurd; especially if you can get better service and food from McDonalds for $18.

I hate leaving negative reviews; however I have more distain for wasting time and money. My Wife and I went out on a limb to try out this steakhouse to celebrate, for some additional variety, coming from over 30 minutes away. A sparse parking lot was the first indicator of the experience of choosing to dine at the Iron Cactus. We were immediately seated due to a nearly completely empty restaurant (we visited from 1-2:30pm). Following being seated, we were given menus and left to ourselves with very little dialog from our server. After around 10 minutes we ordered one drink (another drink would be ordered later on), an elote inspired chips and dip, a ravioli dish, and a steak salad with the “house dressing”. To the establishment’s credit, the drink had a relatively quick turn-around; however positive feedback stops there. After waiting around ten minutes, we were notified that the ravioli dish was out of stock, so we selected a tri tip & bbq chicken stuffed potato abomination with a side salad. While we were waiting we made the quick realization that, not only is there no wifi within this building, but there was incredibly limited cellular reception. After waiting for another 15-20 minutes we were given our appetizer, which was good, albeit absent of seasoning (an unfortunate trend of this restaurant). After another 5 minutes, my Wife’s side came to our table, discouraging us both further for the upcoming ‘meal’, the side salad can be described as: lettuce from a spring mix salad bag and a Great Value dressing. After waiting another 10-15 minutes our entrees were delivered, we received two salad bags worth of ‘spring mix’ with around a pound of illogical salad toppings, half an avocado, a 6oz unseasoned sliced steak (tougher than jerky), and a half pound of commercial blue cheese dressing. The potato amalgamation was not any better, an unseasoned, unbuttered potato, with overcooked, unseasoned, chicken and tri tip, slathered in bbq sauce. After receiving the ‘meal’ we attempted to eat the 10 pounds of unseasoned and over-priced food(?), then flagged down our server for our check and two boxes. This experience totaled $108, for around 10 pounds of great value food, 5 interactions with our server and 2 over-priced drinks. This restaurant’s lobby and parking lot are empty for good reason, and I wouldn’t advise anyone to change this.
