Wow! The food was delish, so many things to try. Highly recommend the Salmon ($31) nice portion size and cooked to perfection. The Elote appetizer is also a must have!

Iron Cactus is a great place for lunch. They have great sandwiches and my favorite the stuffed potato.i like to customize with pulled pork and you cannot beat it. Unfortunately it seems on this visit they were short staffed and service was lacking, while our drinks were kept filled, we had to ask for salads when food was brought out and had to wait to have our payment taken. I am hoping this is a one off and next time will be back to the norm.

From the outside this place doesn't look like much, but step inside you realize it's a gem in the middle of nowhere, both the service and the food will make me go back again, well worth the drive.

Not sure how they're so highly rated. Even with a reservation, it took forever to get our food, our refills, and to pay our bill. Their cocktails were more like mock tails. A long island iced tea which is primarily supposed to be from spirits was all juice. The food was VERY bland (steak and blue cheese pasta, and all it tasted like was pasta boiled in water. Bleu cheese has a very strong flavor...not this...as such the steak in the pasta was equally bland) The menu is irritating with every description reading like a story instead of description... (If the description has to tell you how amazing it is, well as I learned it isn't at all amazing. I don't review often especially negative ones... I'll simply say this was my 1st time here, and last time here. Wish we could get a refund and our time back. Greatly disappointed.

This place is a diamond in the desert. Service was great, very nice staff, great ambiance, and our food was fantastic. My steak was cooked to perfection, the wife's salmon was done but juicy. Can't say enough good stuff about this gem, it's a must try in the Analope valley.

We visited Iron Cactus to celebrate some birthdays and were looking forward to trying it. The atmosphere and restaurant vibe were really nice, and the place has great reviews, so maybe it was just a bad night, but our experience was disappointing.

It took a while to get our order taken, and our server seemed to be covering hosting and several tables alone. Appetizers and entrees came out at the same time, and we sat with empty water cups until another staff member brought our food and we asked him for water. Our server checked in once and then disappeared for long stretches.

The food was mixed. My ribeye had a great sear but not much flavor. The scalloped potatoes were good, and the bone marrow was the best thing we ordered. The mixed veggies tasted like frozen vegetables. The tuna rice cakes were okay, but the sauces were strong and the rice was not crispy. My daughter’s sirloin was gray and overcooked, and we also found a hair on the chicken sandwich. Out of four adults, only one of us finished their meal.

When it was time to pay, we waited again because our server was making bar drinks. Another server finally stepped in to help.

We left feeling disappointed, especially since it was a birthday dinner. Hopefully it was just an off night.

Went there for my birthday and it was PACKED! Totally recommend a reservation! The food was amazing! My only feedback is maybe a sign on the door that says welcome? The private dining room said do not enter, and all the doors were black, so for us first timers we walked back and forth a bit to find the door.

Cool spot I definitely need to sit in the bar area next time so I can see all the good Whiskey options 🥃 Orphan, Blue run, Weller, Stagg, Blantons, Dalmore & much more🤤. Good 🍔s too. Best of all they open at 11am seven days a week & I like to day drink 😏
