Ate here on President's day in the dining room around 12pm. Service was fine. Ordered a chicken sandwich and cheeseburger combo. Food was served in a timely manner. Sandwiches were good, and curly fries were hot and crunchy. The dining room, however, was old and run down, and it smelled bad. Just stick to the drive thru.

Friendly Staff, but Overpriced Food. The staff at Jack in the Box were good. However, I was disappointed with the food and overall its price. The taste didn’t quite meet expectations, and I found the prices to be higher than what I would expect for the quality.

While the service was nice, I’m not sure if I would go back due to the value for money.

I have to say potatoes wedges are back and I really enjoy them. However, today, I went to this Jack in the Box, and the order was taken with su h a polite way. But once I proceed to the window, things change the person with the name tag. I believe what I could decipher from the ink being erased it said "Jessica," so I asked for an extra side of hot sauce, which I guess she didn't think I was willing to pay extra for but of course that wasn't a problem. Where the problem came unto play was her listening skills. She gave me the new total andI reply let me get you yhe changes . Did she listen? NO!!! I was like, I was going to you the exact change. Well, it was. I called her our if her name or something. Wow IDK what's happening to the simple thing called listening skills it been lacking across so many places. So Jessica, stop having a meltdown of a consumer willing to pay the extra and give you the exact amount of change. That killed the customer service. The food was ok, hit the spot and I am out....

Vegetarian options: Not many vegan options unless you consider french fries and curly fries vegan.

Parking: Even though there's plenty of parking, the parking lot is shared with a Domino's Starbucks and a Chipotle, so there's a lot of cars driving about. Be careful.

Currently waiting in driver thru line for what's now been 32minutes... Need I say more? Get your sht together jacks it's called "fast food" if I wanted to wait this long I would have went to chilli's or something come on now! You guys aren't slick making us wait behind the window so you don't get in trouble with the timer. This is beyond ridiculous now, i know I know what do you expect from trash food places but seriously 35min now.

*Update
After 40min we finally got our order we asked why it took so long they said someone had trouble with their order... Just a suggestion maybe take a page from McDonald's book and have the problem customer wait in the parking lot or off to the side so the other 8+ people in line can receive their orders on time. Do better or at least try ffs.
