Worst service ever. They mess up on your order constantly and refuse to make it right. The asst manager GABBY offered to replace the 2 LR curly fries I was originally told I would get the next time i visited the restaurant for 2 small. I kept my receipt for that reason and even after I showed her the receipt she said well the person you spoke with only wrote down 2 small repayment fries. I told her but I paid for 2 large fries and she refused to honor it. She said I can give you the two small curly fries and a $1 off coupon for a milk shake. I told her I didn’t want the coupon for the milkshake. I just wanted the two fries large that they were supposed to replace and she refused. Then when I asked her for the number to Corporate. She said now I’m really only gonna give you the two small fries since you’re gonna call Corporate anyways. I called Corporate multiple times. Left messages with no surprise. No one ever returned my phone calls. They are just as bad as they’re employees. I will never come to this Jack in the box again.

The only thing that this place is consistent at doing is getting your order wrong every time. Usually isn’t this bad but I ordered some for me and my gf and they gave me the wrong sauce my large curly fry was literally EMPTY? And I got the wrong breakfast sandwich as well(got sausage and ordered bacon)

BE AWARE!!! AND ALWAYS CHECK THE CHANGE THEY GIVE YOU AND YOUR FOOD BEFORE LEAVING!!!! THEY PASS FAKE MONEY AND CUT THEIR CHICKEN STRIPS GIVING YOU LITTLE PORTIONS WITH EXPENSIVE PRICES😡😡😡😡😡. I went to this location 1 night in the drive thru, ordered my food and gave them a REAL $50 BILL. The guy gave me my change 2 $20 bills and a few 1's. Next day I used that same money at a store and was told the 1 of the 20's were FAKE! I told them it couldn't be because I got this money from jack in the box. Long story short, looking at the $20 bill it looked real but was DEFINITELY FAKE😡. I CALLED CORPORATE AND TOLD THEM WHAT HAPPENED AND NOOO ONE EVER REACHED OUT TO ME TO REFUND ME MY MONEY. SO IM ADVISING THAT YOU WATCH THESE SHADY EMPLOYEES AND BE CAREFUL WHEN U USE YOUR CARD ALSO BECAUSETHEY PROBABLY HAVE CARD SKIMMERS. I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY NO ONE EVER REACHED OUT TO ME!! This is one of the worst locations, I have been to. I ordered the 5 pc chicken strips and they basically gave me 6 half chicken strips for roughly $18. Total rip off, and Jeanette (drive thru attendant) is rude and unprofessional
Food quality was outstanding. They offer very early morning drive through breakfast. It is very convenient for early up workers, they can eat something before go to work. Staff members are very helpful. Store always keep clean. Only recommendation from my recent visit, is to give your best smile of the day and make yourself proud whatever position you hold. Keep up the great work 👍

Lemme tell ya, Jack in the Box will forever be my favorite fast food restaurant! Never once been disappointed with them! Their curly fries are so flavorful and good and don't even get me started on their burgers, mmm, delicious I tell ya! And they have some pretty amazing desserts as well, I always get their chocolate overload cake, it's incredible! I hope they never go out of business, cause I know if they did I would be very disappointed
