I have no idea what is up with the AV and their Jack in the Boxes. I kept trying to finish my order and the person kept interrupting "will that be all" like damn dude chill. The food is ok. The service is poor but It could just be a single person having a bad day.

Awful experience, this girl I believe her name is Cheyenne?? Gave me and my husband attitude, didn’t greet us just gave us a snarky look back at us. After we waited for our food, turns out it was ready about 10 mins ago and nobody bother to call our number is ready but left it on the table as the food is getting cold.

Jack in the Box on Avenue K, 20th St. West in Lancaster, CA. Charged double for order, was handed 2 ketchup packets for 4 burgers and was told I would need to be charged extra for more ketchup, regardless of the fact I've already been charged double with no clear solution. Verbatim "I'd try calling the helpline?", Thanks bud! I appreciate it! Jack in the box is okay but the customer service absolutely horrendous / non-existent. Time to go the corporate route which is nice and time wastey. Highly recommend Jack in the box if you don't value your time, and love having to work extra for something you paid for (and didn't get)!

Today I went with my daughter to buy two number ten's, I ordered the new rebull drink. They only gave me a half full cup. It's not fair that they want to charge us for ice.
horrible service by the night manager. she is always giving me problems. her name is gabby. I tried to call about my mobile order and she says she was too busy to help me and hung up on me. That was very rude and unproffessional. she should not be managing customer service and I will not be ordering from jack in the box any longer. I also fear they are spitting in my food.

Went thru drive thru. Service was fine but when I got home, Sourdough burger was smooshed with barely any bacon and sodas tasted weird. Chicken sandwich was fine.

I've been to immigration lines that got me in and out of there quicker than getting my order being made on time at this location if I can get this place negative I would absolutely give it three star negative I hate coming here now. They didn't even make my order they forgot all about my order while I sat there when they told me to pull up to the front.Also, three other people were waiting to get their food completed, but they also had to wait 15 minutes, and they still got the order wrong as well
