Amy the manager at jack in the box was super rude when she got my order wrong I ordered 8 taco's and she charged me for 16 also I ordered 3 ice coffees and she got the flavors wrong. Didn't want to help me with my refund walked away and called another manager when she told me she was the only manager there. Amy is a liar I hope jack in the box sees this because Amy is rude and has poor customer service skills

It was 2:15 am on a Tuesday. The restaurant said open but had a cone blocking the drive through. The cone said "closed 4am-5am" IT WAS 2AM! Now I don't get a lunch break

I'm pregnant and annoyed. Last night they messed up my order. Tonight, they put a cone in the middle of the drive thru saying they're closed from 4-5am but it's 1 am!!! So YES I moved it. Manager Tomas was being rude to me at the window when all I want is my damn sandwich! He's the same one that messed up my order last night. Jack needs to reconsider his management.

I don't know why, but Jack in the Box as the most competent workers compared to other fastfood places. The creamachinno was my favorite beverage, I still live their two taco deal. I like their food and how they change it up often.

Terrible service. They charge extra for the sauces, and they always mess up the orders. I got a large curly fry and a milkshake after work. I asked for 1 ranch to go with my curly fries, they wanted to charge me 50 cents per ranch. I know 50 cents isn't much, but I just spent $12 on a milkshake and a curly fry. I work a couple blocks down from this jack in the box and have given them a few chances, definitely not worth spending the money here. I drive 15 minutes further into lancaster to go to a different jack in the box now.
