I saw a shoplifter I was waiting for my order and there was a Chinese or Japanese guy who bought an order of just a burger and soda but this guy had two small containers hidden away that he filled with soda in the vending machine he stole about 5 liters of soda what surprises me most is that I later saw him in the parking lot and he had a new Tesla a silver Tesla car This happened on Sunday 27 at around 11:30 am.

Excellent Jack, polite service, food is what you’d expect but a lot of unhoused people in the area.
This is decent stop for how out there you are getting. I’ve found myself stopping here out of desperation more than a few times late at night driving home.

Amy the manager at jack in the box was super rude when she got my order wrong I ordered 8 taco's and she charged me for 16 also I ordered 3 ice coffees and she got the flavors wrong. Didn't want to help me with my refund walked away and called another manager when she told me she was the only manager there. Amy is a liar I hope jack in the box sees this because Amy is rude and has poor customer service skills

It was 2:15 am on a Tuesday. The restaurant said open but had a cone blocking the drive through. The cone said "closed 4am-5am" IT WAS 2AM! Now I don't get a lunch break

I'm pregnant and annoyed. Last night they messed up my order. Tonight, they put a cone in the middle of the drive thru saying they're closed from 4-5am but it's 1 am!!! So YES I moved it. Manager Tomas was being rude to me at the window when all I want is my damn sandwich! He's the same one that messed up my order last night. Jack needs to reconsider his management.
