So I'll put it in a nutshell. I was in there the other night I'm not mentioning if the employee was male or female, but they proceeded to make my sandwich after helping a customer at the cash register.They did not change their gloves.I walked out and went next door to the Chinese restaurant.I'm so glad I did I found a great Chinese restaurant I will never return to that Jersey Mike's.
This Jersey Mike’s is getting worst. Whenever I order a #16 or #17 it’s like they just throw the meat/chicken on the grill and just cook it on both sides, slap these oversized pieces of onion and bell pepper on the grill then add the cheese and then stuff it in the sandwich. I even asked them can you please dice up the veggies a little more, they say yes then just ignore my request. The bread is hard a lot of times. Then you have another employee making sandwiches with his visor cap just hanging around his neck like a piece of jewelry. I have traveled all over the United States and if this was the visit Jersey Mike’s I had ever visited it would be the last. It’s a shame this location is giving the brand such a bad name. I rather travel from the Westside of Lancaster to Palmdale just to get better service!!

Went there a couple weeks back and saw one of the employees washing their hands in the soda fountain in front of customers. Obviously very unsanitary cuz people drink from there and if they are doing that in front of customers I can only assume what goes on in the back
Subs are shrinking in legnth every month, with price increased

Everytime I go in there they make a mistake. The staff is hyper focused on Mobile orders that they always make mistakes on the orders. Today I said I wanted a Philly cheeseteak in a tub I said it's just #16 but cheesestreak and not chicken. They handed me the containers without a bag or receipt. I had to bag it myself! Then I get home and see it is chicken. And not just chicken but raw chicken! And it was a tiny portion. I brought it back and they said they would remake it. But one of the guys kept saying snarky things across the room and blaming me for the mistake! When I explained it to him and how I never got a receipt or a bag and I had to bag it myself he said he would do a refund. He was super rude! Don't go to this site it is always drama.

Not only did they have me waiting in line well over 20 minutes, but then , once is my turn to order, they start preparing the order for the person behind me. I understand they want to be efficient but it shouldn't be done at my time's expense. When my order was finally done, they kept building the customer behind of me's order . I had to ask to please charge me because I was already running late due to waiting for such a long time. As I'm paying, the guy at the register let's me know they can't accept my $50 bill. And that was my only form of paying. Really bad organization and bad cash policy.

Food was fantastic. The service was exceptional. Then after I was done, I was outside waiting for my ride and seen the employees assisting handicapped and the elderly folks, bringing the food to the car for them,cannot say enough to express how wonderful it was to see such wonderful wonderful and blessed respected people in a sub shop. 5stars not even high enough, absolutely amazing to see a sub shop that cares for their customers.

First time at this location and it was an awful experience. The staff looked miserable and so did the manager who had the worst attitude out of everyone. The restaurant was dirty. The meat slicer was dirty and had the remnants of all the sandwiches from that day. The grill was nasty and wasn’t cleaned in a long time. How they got an A rating is incomprehensible. Going to a different location in the future.

I was impressed today... Friendly, greeted me as I came in, thanked me and said have a nice day as I left.. Offered add on's like Chips and a Drink.. Positive experience!! We'll be back and will refer others!!

Out of all of the jerseys mikes locations I have visited this had to be the worst. I counted 4 different people over the assembly line plus 3 in the back and it took well over 20 minutes with only 1 person ahead of me. The employees literally stared at each other and gave looks as if it was not their job to finish a sub. They were moving so slow it gave a fly a chance to land on my order. After making a fuss they tossed it and the 4 employees all acted like they had no control over what was going on. By the time I got my new order a long line had developed with frustrated customers waiting on unfinished subs that no one wanted to touch. I surely did not envy anyone behind me today.
