I've been here twice and the service was the same! Friendly and fast! When I mean fast, damn near the same time the cashier gave me my change, my sandwich was being handed to me! If that's not good service, idk what is. Jim made my sandwich both times and they were delicious! You can definitely taste the freshness in the ingredients! Can't wait to go back!

We visited Jimmy John's on a friends recommendation (not of this location, per se). We got the italian sub on a french roll, asking for extra oil vinegar, and oregano. On both sandwiches, the oil vinegar and oregano were non-existent. The meat and cheese were ice cold. Couldn't see our sandos being prepared, nor did we see any fresh ingredients being sliced. The price point didn't represent the value of the priduct. I'm affraid JJ has simply sent me back to Jersey Mike's, where absolutely every aspect if their Italian sub is superior, priced better, and consistent from location to location. Sorry. We gave it a shot.

Horrible experience. We purchased lunch today. One of the sandwiches was a tuna sandwich, Little John, for my nine year old. Shortly after eating the sandwich, she started to complain about her stomach. Shortly thereafter, she was vomiting. The only thing that could have caused the stomach upset was the sandwich. She had not had anything else to eat after that point and was fine until she ate the sandwich. I called the restaurant to let them know that their tuna salad was clearly bad because it caused my daughter to throw up. The manager, Ashiek, was disinterested in what had happened. He merely said that he will check the tuna and that he hopes she feels better. That was it. Be very careful if you decide to eat a sandwich from this establishment. Clearly not guaranteed to be fresh. AND if something were to be bad, do not expect an apology or any level of customer service from management.

It could be good, if they weren't so skimpy. There's nothing to the sandwich. One slice of roast beef. I don't understand charging$7.25 for a French roll with one slice of roast beef!
So, many other great choices in town. It didn't give me a reason to return.

Very clean place . I don't get the bad reviews might be more pricy than subway but there's a lot more meat your getting than subway . Really fresh ingredients really great options to choose from friendly staff . I like their brand of chips also. I also don't like jersey mikes this place seems like better quality meats .
