Sometimes I wonder why these places still operate. The chicken sometimes dosen't taste like KFC chicken. biscuits most time are like rocks. I decided to stay away. don't like getting mad before I eat.plus most time through drive thru my orders are hardly ever wright.
I didn't catch the name of the extremely nice & efficient young lady who was working the drive thru tonight (12/3/19) just before 8:30pm, but she needs a raise, employee of the month, or some kind of recognition! That woman has her professional game on point! A little emphasis on customer service goes such a long way. Thank you, whom ever you are. Well done ☺
