Will intentionally ignore your sauce request on online orders, even though each bucket comes with two. Also ignored request for a spoon. Cuz I donāt like eating mashed potatoes with my fingersā¦

I ordered one light meat 2 piece combo and one dark. I double-checked with the server in the drive-through, when she handed my food out the window, that one was dark and one light. She said yes. I got home and discovered that I had 2 dark meals. I looked at my receipt and she had entered both meals the same. I gave no stars on the food because I didn't get to eat mine. I do not care for dark meat chicken and, therefore, never order it for myself. This will not make me inclined to return to this store.

Before you leave, count your pieces. I got 2 buckets of the Tuesday special. It's supposed to have 8 pieces. I got home and counted. I got 7 in 1 bucket and 6 in the second. This happened 2 weeks prior also. I was shorted 1 piece. The 1st time I gave them the benefit of the doubt. The 2nd time is outright scam. I will be counting my chicken pieces next time before I walk off the counterš”

I saw a small black thread at the side of the chicken, and when I pulled it out, it was a long strand of black hair. Can't be mine because I have silver hair.

This place is not for black people that like chicken. They changed the recipe and I am hoping they go back. I have not been to any other chicken place, seriously in years. I am loyal to my KFC; please be loyal to your recipe.
