Table was wobbly, be ready was dry and overbaked. Chicken was great, as usual along with the mashed potatoes.

Had the chicken wraps and they were delicious. Service was a bit slow but not too bad.

The food and customer service at this location is far better than the KFC on Avenue K west.

DO NOT USE THE APP. DO NOT COME DURING LUNCH BREAK. 11am order at a dead restaurant for coworkers and my child. App said 20 minute wait. Waited in parking lot. App said completed. Went inside and had to wait an additional 15 minutes for my order. Had to rush back to make it on time only to find out they paid 0 attention to any of the orders, gave me dry and old chicken and forgot several items. Attempted to call and speak to someone at the restaurant about the issues. Two attempts with no answer. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE.

Chicken was old and hard. I thought I was going to break my tooth. Couldn't order at the speaker so wasn't able to order until we got to the window. The cars in front of me were there 15-20 minutes before I could get to the window.

In my many years in the US, it took until now to finally try KFC. My experiences with KFC in the Philippines were fond, but this was my first American KFC experience. With news circulating that the company is facing financial challenges, and influenced by pop culture references like Eric Cartman's love for it, I decided to investigate for myself. My choice was an 8-piece bucket with 2 large sides and biscuits, and my impressions are as follows:Chicken: The chicken was good, but its enjoyment hinged on ordering gravy alongside it. Juicy in smaller parts like legs and wings, the larger pieces felt a bit dry inside. The skin could have been crispier. But overall, it wasn't bad. I'll probably order again. Gravy: Sold separately and a tad expensive, but a necessary addition to the meal. I don't think its as amazing as Cartman made it to be, but it was good.Fries: Definitely among the best in the fast food scene, a delightful surprise. Crunchy and tasty!Mashed Potatoes: Similar to the fries, the mashed potatoes stood out among other fast-food options.Coleslaw: Pretty good, a pleasing side.Biscuits: Unfortunately, the biscuits were average to below average. They felt like they needed honey to be fully enjoyed, and I was disappointed they didn't provide us with any (although I must admit, I didn't ask).Atmosphere: The place was eerily empty, with most orders coming through the drive-through.In conclusion, my KFC experience was positive but with room for improvement. The chicken, while tasty with gravy, could be enhanced in its own right. The sides were impressive, but the biscuit fell short. The ambiance seemed to reflect the company's struggles, a sign of the times perhaps.Overall, I'm awarding KFC 4 stars. While there were highlights, there were also aspects that fell short of my expectations. The experience provided insight into both the enduring appeal and current challenges facing this iconic brand.
