I have always liked KFC, good food, and polite service. They have some new apple poppers that could use some improvement on them. They need to be rolled in brown sugar and cinnamon.

It was absolutely fantastic, quiet and very comfortable. Some of the workers family dropped in, got a meal, but they to were very respectful. The entire time I was there having dinner I enjoyed it. My compliments Lancaster California KFC . Thank you for a peaceful meal.

The manager needs to put more people on shift on Friday afternoons. I waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes and was late for work because I went there thinking it would be fast food and be in and out of there in less than 10 . The kid working was super polite and apologetic. I felt so bad for him. I'm sure lots of people were being rude to him over something that he could not control. There were 2 people working on a Friday at 4 pm .
