I tried the corn in the cup, but the cheese tasted sour. I mentioned it to the lady working, but she insisted it didn’t taste bad, even though it clearly did. But she didn’t even offer an exchange. This place has poor service especially for it costing more than what is said on sign with the prices on there.

The ice cream had melted and froze again. Had a freezer burned taste. The rum raisin did not taste like rum nor did it have a single raisin in it. Very expensive!!!! I was charged twice for 2 scoops. When I brought it to their attention, they said they credited my card, but it may take a couple days to process.

Pay $12.48 for an empty cup. Starbucks at San Manuel Casino paid $4.50 for a waffle cone with one scup that had more ice cream than this cup. 3 times the price. No, going back. Pay $4.00 per scoop. Better getting the bucket at Walmart. The ice cream is not worth the price. I paid 12.48 for an empty base. Starbucks at San Manuel casino charges $4.50 for a large waffle cone with a scoop of ice cream that has more than this cup. I'm not coming back. $4.00 for each ball. Better to buy the bucket at Walmart. The elado is not worth it for $12.48 if the glass is empty.

They're good, my daughter's love going there. The only complaint I have is that when I ordered Bionicos they handed them to me without any toppings. I asked if I can add toppings and they asked what I'd like so I started telling the lady and she said I was only allowed to get one topping. I was confused because aren't Bionicos supposed to come with all the toppings already??

Good customer service ok food but just the ambient and the way it looks not that welcoming menu screens not on and the way things were set up. It's Lossing it's touch.

06/07/23 my daughter who is 12 years old bought me and her an esquite cup with hot Cheetos. Hers was good from what she said. Mines had so much mayonnaise and cheese layered thickly underneath the hot Cheetos top layer which was thinly coated. It was like eating mayonnaise with cheese. So I asked if they can kindly make another and gave them the original cup with the corn back. He said he called the manager and manager said no refund no remade order. I asked for the managers name. He said he's not allowed to give it to me. Idk why. So this was just super unprofessional as a business to a customer. I tried to eat it because my daughter paid but am telling you it was nasty.

I order a bionico and an esquete and what I received was not what is advertised. Now I have to see if door dash can refund me for half my order.
