Trash service . Moody lil girls work there. They are over priced and charge EXTRA for every lil thing . Got a cup of “Dubi chocolate strawberries” ask if they could ass my “crunchy things” extra .75 cent charge on top of the $20 charge! And it was mid tasted like Hershey chocolate drizzle on top of soggy strawberries. Bought hot Cheetos with lime and barley got the chips moist ask if she could add a bit more lime and she wanted to charge me extra even tho there was barley even any in the bag , thought it was ridiculous given I just paid over $5 for that and for her to have a snobby attitude. Save your money and go to the one on Ave K ! They serve you with a smile and are courteous with their serving potions . I won’t be going back !

Nachos are very basic, milk base ice cream is grainy, overpriced... The only items I recommend are water base ice cream and Tostilocos.

I tried the corn in the cup, but the cheese tasted sour. I mentioned it to the lady working, but she insisted it didn’t taste bad, even though it clearly did. But she didn’t even offer an exchange. This place has poor service especially for it costing more than what is said on sign with the prices on there.

The ice cream had melted and froze again. Had a freezer burned taste. The rum raisin did not taste like rum nor did it have a single raisin in it. Very expensive!!!! I was charged twice for 2 scoops. When I brought it to their attention, they said they credited my card, but it may take a couple days to process.

Pay $12.48 for an empty cup. Starbucks at San Manuel Casino paid $4.50 for a waffle cone with one scup that had more ice cream than this cup. 3 times the price. No, going back. Pay $4.00 per scoop. Better getting the bucket at Walmart. The ice cream is not worth the price. I paid 12.48 for an empty base. Starbucks at San Manuel casino charges $4.50 for a large waffle cone with a scoop of ice cream that has more than this cup. I'm not coming back. $4.00 for each ball. Better to buy the bucket at Walmart. The elado is not worth it for $12.48 if the glass is empty.

They're good, my daughter's love going there. The only complaint I have is that when I ordered Bionicos they handed them to me without any toppings. I asked if I can add toppings and they asked what I'd like so I started telling the lady and she said I was only allowed to get one topping. I was confused because aren't Bionicos supposed to come with all the toppings already??

Good customer service ok food but just the ambient and the way it looks not that welcoming menu screens not on and the way things were set up. It's Lossing it's touch.
