Reservation via OpenTable on Valentine Day was not honored. I could tell the staff were working hard to accommodate but a crowd of people with reservations waited over 15 minutes before a hostess acknowledged them followed by chaotic waiting for tables.
La Papillon is an absolutely incredible fine dining place in downtown Lancaster, the food is excellent, and is definitely prepared with love. Prices are great, with an average meal here being in the $20-25 range, and they also have a buffet serving a variety of foods and pastries. On top of that, the servers here are top notch. They always had a smile on their faces, and were helpful and friendly. I highly, highly recommend coming here.
Small family owned French style bistro. Great service. Polite and engaging owner and staff, plus food was very reasonably priced as well as very tasty! Little gem in Lancaster Ca.
