2 F hours! from ordering, to getting the order. It's not that they are busy, they just don't care. Two basic pepperoni pizzas took them two hours. People were walking out screaming at the workers and they would still not move. Front windows, floor, and everywhere you look was dirty. Wonder how they stay open.

Order stuffed crust, and it wasn't not a stuffed crust pizza. Called and they made me come into the store to return the pizza they made wrong. Then made the wrong pizza with stuffed crust and the manager tried to make my husband take it. He was rude and completely incompetent.

No walk in ordering. Sucks because I came up here to get me and my friends dinner and the wait is unrealistic. Literally two people work in there and could be taking orders making them with a minimum of 15-30 minute wait times if not an hour. It's better I take my cash elsewhere.

This place location particular wise should change the slogan into "lukewarm and ready" instead of "hot and ready" just ask for the warmest Pizza and they'll hook you up! ????All jokes aside please make sure your pizzas are hotter, for the " hot and ready"* edit while I'm eating this pizza and I made that review a moment to go the dough is horrible and tastes awful I don't even think this is cooked all the way.

Food wasn't prepared when scheduled. Had 1 employee working the front and kitchen. Bread sticks were not cooked and pizza was burnt! Tried asking the manager a question regarding the M&M things they sell and she had an attitude. Definitely never doing business here again. Why is Little Caesars bad at customer service and they hire the worst managers? Seems like the AV Little Caesars need customer service training. Also, the waiting area is really filthy. The floors and walls have grease and other things on there that should be cleaned up.

I don't recall the last time I had such a bad experience with little Caesars. Typically because everything is quick and painless, today it seemed as though it was closed, nobody at the front desk, we were helped until we made ourselves be noticed. The few employees available were talking in the back of the building and the one employee working was running back and forth rushing orders.We went in for 1 pepperoni, 1 stuffed crust supreme, Buffalo wings and Italian cheesy bread. Waited 30 mins per request and went back, still no body at the front desk, finally the one employee rushing back and forth noticed me, I asked for my order and got my receipt taken away and was advised my order was still not ready. I waited patiently another 20mins, to find out that I didn't get my Italian cheesy bread (didn't even have one available). Since I had groceries in my car, I couldn't stay and talk to a supervisor. Got home to a complete different order. Crazy bread I was given instead of my Italian bread, was showered in garlic butter. Veggie pizza instead of supreme (no stuffed crust).It's hard to go back and dispute my order when I have hungry children that have waited 2 and half hours for me to run errands and come back with the wrong pizza order. Ultimately, we kept the order but this is the last time I order or even go to this location.

Good experience nothing bad to say. Had the deep dish lunch order. It was greasy, but that’s expected. Good amount of pizza for the price.

It's the worst pizza place I ever been, 1st don't forget your mask because they will ignore you. I understand that part, but even if you have a mask they are taking their sweet time to even ask you what you getting. They only had 1 cheese, 1pepper and 1 sausage prepared and ready to go. And even to get another regular pepperoni you had to wait 20 min. So much for ready and go. But anyway not going again.

The pizza was cold and the crust was hard. When I got home I opened the boxes and it looked as if the pizzas were shaken up, the pizza was broken up and laying all one piece upon on the other. I called the store and got a "were sorry " but you should have opened the boxes before you left. Very disappointed with the food quality and customer service.
