The cashier was very very rude she inserted herself into my phone conversation which was very rude and then I asked for more half-and-half into my Thai tea, and she states if I put more half-and-half is going to overflow then she threw my tea to the counter, and I looked at her and asked for a refund, she stated I can leave after I told her she was rude and I told her to give me my money and she slapped the paper on the counter and her and my daughter got into an argument and she was very argumentative. I feel that they need to train their employees, I don't recommend this place because she shouldn't have never inserted herself into my phone conversation. That's unprofessional of her and I would like for the owner to contact me because things could've went left. She's a young girl with a nose piercing very skinny.

The waitress I got was super sweet and attentive. The ramen was delicious but the only problem was the cook did not fry the tempura shrimp and veggie mix long enough. The veggies especially the thicker veggies were hard the outer layer was soft but the middle was extremely hard. I usually go to the one on 47th. and I've order that appetizer a lot and I've never seen the tempura so pale and the veggies so undercooked. I love the tempura mix so it was definitely extremely disappointing. I did let one of the waitresses know. she could not recook it which overall makes sense but overall the problem wasn't solved, hopefully they warned the cook.

I understand workers are rushing but they need to be patient with their customers. I was trying to be patient and take my time ordering. but it felt like they want us in and out. so I just waited for my order in my car. unagi bowl Is alright. not used to having broccoli with my Japanese food, could have just gone to Waba Grill..

Had a great time here. It is good for a sit down or a quick in and out. Our server helped us out by offering her favorite dishes and combinations. We ended up putting something together that was just right and hit the spot. Jade was very kind and patient and we had a nice chat as well. Their green Tea Mochi was off the chain because it had just the right rosewater kick that I'm always up for having. Rosewater is very versatile, and something I grew up with. It was a nice surprise as soon as I bit into it. Thx again Jade. We appreciate you !!!!

I had a spicy ramen vegan it was so good, and passion fruit tea was so delicious.
We were frequenting another establishment in town, until they started using smaller and smaller portions of protein. Yesterday we tried Love Ramen, and we've found our spot. We had carry-out, so I can't comment much on the ambiance. Our order was ready when we arrived. The Tonkotsu Rich was delicious. Always add the wood mushrooms. My husband loved his shrimp ramen, and adding 5 shrimp for $3 was brilliant. Everything was super fresh and well balanced. We will be back for our weekly ramen "fix."

Great ramen. My 11 year old can be very picky, but she loved the tori ramen and vegetable egg rolls. The tonkatsu black has a lot of flavor, and I really liked the fried tofu. We will definitely come back.

Great each time we eat or order from here. The pork shio and shoyu ramen are delicious! Today we tried the chicken shoyu and it was also great! Their seasoned eggs are always softboiled! Never hardboiled or overcooked! We've been eating here since they opened. Great prices and food!
