The flavors here are immaculate. This has been my favorite restaurant for over 10 years. All the chicken curries are delicious. The samosas are so full of flavor, especially if paired with the chutneys. The chai is also fantastic. The garlic naan is great too. After having Indian food at other places, I can easily say this is the best I’ve had. My only “qualms” are that I miss the old curtains they had on the windows and sometimes the service is just a bit slow and informal, but aside from that, I tell everyone I know to come here.

I ordered through DoorDash food came piping hot just how I like it I got the chicken tikka masala with garlic Nann and a mango lassi everything was delicious my first time mango lassi I will be ordering again I don’t think I’ll go to another place ❤️

It’s kinda disappointing to pay some $20 for what is supposed to be a specialty chicken dish, and then you get hardly any chicken in it, basically a spicy soup in all. Just sayin’…

I ordered a lunch special with goat. It tasted great but the portion of meat was only a few grams and they were tiny slivers. More so for taste, not to fill you up. However you do get a whole naan bread, so you don't leave hungry. If you want Indian flavor it's a place to go.

Beautiful decor and good food. But I knocked off two stars because they are still advertising a lunch buffet on the outside windows that has been discontinued for a fairly long amount of time.
Take it down already!
That was what drew me in the one and only time I’ve been there and it was a huge letdown to hear that it had been discontinued for a while already; yet the announcement outside is still there to this day.

First time, try the Matar Paneer, Samosas, plain naan, basmati rice.
Seasoned epicurean; go for Lamb Vindaloo Indian Hot...my favorite, but all is good.

07/2024 - The service and atmosphere at Mahlis is always amazing. The food has always been incredible, i wish they offered a membership the way i eat it 2-3 times a month lol.
Unfortunately, i do have to give them only 3 stars because the chicken tikka masala has been tasting different this month. I've gotten it twice and the consistency is a lot looser than usual and the flavor does not taste the same anymore. Not sure if they have a different chef or they're using cheaper ingredients, but i wont be coming back sadly..
update 10/17/24 their chicken tikka masala taste perfect again , i wish they would add more chicken pieces to it tho, the portions can be larger but other than that im giving them 5 stars
Excellent lamb korma, been coming here for years, absolutely love it! Though Alas there is a lame new worker they have , a woman, who decided to insult me by saying my $100 was fake, it was a older bill, that came from the bank that day, I didn't appreciate that, very annoying , bad customer service.... Just straight nothing between her ears ?

Worst wait time ever! Waited 45 minutes for a dine in lunch order for 2. Overpriced and over cooked! You would think with the price of food they can hire help for the poor girl juggling everything by herself! Best thing was the garlic naan and that says a lot!
