There’s an older lady that works the drive thru and she is so cute!!!! She is always happy and she just transfers these happy positive vibes… I believe it’s always a manager working the second window very professional young man always very polite. I love coming to this Mc Donald’s even though I have one like 2 mins from my house but the service is the best for a fast food restaurant. Thanks to the staff :)

Not only do we have to deal with all the homeless asking for money at the drive thru but the food was cold and the coffee was so strong it could pull a junky out of a coma, my mother asked for extra cream and sugar, the person assured her it was in the bag and it wasn’t. I expect to get what I paid for and they fell so short on the service and quality. You spend $40 and get crap for food and service.

Sometimes they confused my order and once at McDonald's in Acton they charged me and never delivered my order and the manager said she would fix it with my bank, her manner was horrible

The only reason I am giving this place a 5 star is because of this friendly lady in the morning, here at this mcdonalds. I am consistently coming to this location and she is the only one in there everyday with a positive attitude. Being overly respectful to everyone. God bless her! Everyone there NEEDS to be trained by her. Please put the name if I haven't edit this post with her name yet ?. She needs a promotion and a stern mentor around to to balance each other and that mcdonalds will be set up for success! ??
For the Dashers, terrible service, very long wait, they never answer the bell, why do they need more efficient staff, honestly I give them 000
