The worse sweet tea I have gotten from this place.Very weak and I asked for receipt and they failed to put in my bag like they said and they fail to answer their phone.I would not recommend this place ever again

If you go here prepare to have a difficult time getting the attention of real live people who are there to serve you. You must order your food with the kiosk, which is at most McDonald's, but at this one, unlike others that I've been to, a live person will receive your order if you approach the register. However, at this restaurant, they seem unwilling to do this. In fact, in my recent visit, the employee, possibly a manager, saw me, didn't acknowledge me, no eye contact, no reassurance that they would return shortly, no smile or hello. They simply returned to the back without any attempt at customer service.

I think there is a better way that includes relationships and expedience. But in it's current business model coupled with a lack of personal customer service and digital kiosks, just go through the drive thru. At least there, if you need something, you can ask a live person for it.

Got hit by a table number stand all because the employees refused to give out their store number to a customer whose order they got wrong. Employees didn’t even seem to care I got hurt.

Since they started with the self checkout and to add the closure of the lobby this place been going downhill it’s useless to place an order online if you still arrive and wait 20-40 minutes to get your order. They don’t answer the phone either

Management here is absolutely garage. Ordered mobile pick up and lobby was closed. Couldn't cancel the order. By the time I got my food in the drive though it was cold.30 minutes later. fries were cold. burgers were cold. kids happy meal was cold .
They need new management here. Employees were nice enough to replace my fries with fresher ones at the least.
