Slow service, giving you wrong orders, ignoring accomodations and employees with bad attitudes like they're mad they work at McDonald's instead of being grateful for a job. ...all that aside tonight stupidly and out of desperation and what I hoped to be convenient: I ordered a quarter pounder with extra pickles. They gave me a burger so covered in onions, the onions were falling off the burger and filled up the burger box ...no pickles at all and when I bit into it looking at it because it was mushier than usual.. nothing but pink and red oozing out. Raw!!!! .. not surprised but so disgusted! I spit it out & threw it out but I'm leaving a review so you can thoroughly check the inside of your food if you find yourself at this location with nowhere else to eat something better. If you must go never trust them! But I advise to avoid this one altogether. Palmdale one is bad but not as bad as this. Thank God I didn't order our kids anything here (&never will).

The lady at the second window it's very rude She rolled her eyes when I told her I didn't want a soda that was flat.... I asked her for a fresh one and she didn't give me that instead she put ice in it and gave it back to me.......... the fries were cold the soda was flat and warm I just wanted another soda that was not flat or warm

Today, I decided to give McDonald’s a chance. I ordered a Spicy Deluxe Chicken Sandwich meal . Tell me why my chicken is hard as a brick. I asked for no salt on the fries. They still put the salt on the fries anyway. At this particular location it’s always a problem. Nobody takes pride in giving great customer service. It’s either something wrong with my food or my mom’s food . I really wish they do better.

I'll be honest, I haven't had McDonald's in a very long time, so recently I decided to try it out again, man it tasted a lot different them how I remember it, it's like it's healthier in a way almost, it didn't taste horrible at least but it could be a little better, I doordashed it and didn't exactly get what I asked for, I ordered a ranch on the side and it gave me chili sauce instead, I at least got sweet and sour sauce which I used to get all the time and that still tasted amazing. Overall, I still like McDonald's to this date, and will get it from time to time

Just ordered a happy meal at the drive through. I get to the window to pick up the meal and the kid just hands over a regular brown bag with the wrong drink. And to top it off which was the reason I just told him to keep it was that his hands were dirty. He literally had what looked like dirt underneath his nails. Who's letting this happen?? Why?? What's going on? I called twice to speak to whoever is in charge and surprise, surprise no one answers the phone. Even if what he had wasn't dirt he shouldn't be handling the food. I won't be coming to this McDonald's again. Bad service, especially in the evening and unsanitary.

Never have anything they advertise. Shakes and ice cream never available. Apple pie you pay for and then get to the next window to be told they don't have that item available. At this point Just go across the street to toms burgers .
Even when I order from the app & pay ahead of time, they still never have my order ready on time per my arrival. And if they do , my food is cold & not worth the money spent. Especially at today's prices. Its rediculous. Other than the rewards points, it honestly is not worth the expense paid to sit in the long lines just to get cold food or fries from under a heat lamp all day.

Best McDonald's in Lancaster because this location now accepts EBT (on inside purchases only)... Need I say more?
This location is way less crowded than the one over on K and 10th, and Avenue I and 10th which are the other locations that accept EBT in the AV; BUT AT THIS LOCATION - You are dealing with less people, your order is correct and made in a timely manner, unlike the other 2 locations where your order is guaranteed to be screwed up, you're waiting for over 30 minutes for your jacked up meal, and those locations are always anxiety ridden mad houses.
Save yourself the stress and anxiety and come to this location if you want a seamless transaction using your EBT. 😂
