Medrano's Sports Bar & Grill

Went because they had a heroes del silencio cover band playing. It stated that doors opened at 8:30pm. WRONG!!!! They let us in closer to 10 pm.

The people in line asked why we couldn't go in at least to get drinks in the meantime, but they wouldn't allow us. They stated it was because they needed the scanner to scan our tickets.
Plus, the cover band didn't start playing till about 10:40ish.

Some of us paid reserved tables, and we also paid to see the cover band. They could have at least given everybody who was outside waiting over an hour in line a free beer, at least.

The only good thing about today's visit was that the waitress and waiters were attentive.

Me and a couple of girlfriends were there about to order some food and the waitress toldl us we needed to open or put a card on file because so many people have ran out mind you we're the only black people there, so we that she basically told us we have to pay for our food before even getting our food because we asked her to reiterate it a couple different times never had that experience at a restaurant that I had to pay for my meal before I actually even getting my food I digress I won't be going there again

was a regular here until one of their best bartenders Jasmine stopped working her usual days, others are okay but customer service isn't no where near their best employee's.

Luis the manager is rude when asked to replace a drink that wasn't made right and tasted bitter.

I came here with my wife. They were open but said to us that they are closed. They definitely lied since they were serving different customers but just didn’t want to let us in. Bad experience. Google said you are open until 11:00 pm on Sunday and it was only 10:00 pm.👎

Came second time to this bar and a second time we were on Sunday at 10:00 pm. People were sitting in the bar eating and they were open, working and serving food for other people, but for us they said they are closed. Even though on google it says they are open until 11:00 pm on Sunday. Update your hours on google to not disappoint customers and stop lying.

I'm sorry but waiting for almost a whole hour for cold food no the service was horrible since we walked in the "Manager" was sitting in the corner on his phone we left but making it clear we paid for our drinks event hough we didn't finished them sad always wanted to come and had this disappointment

We went for a live concert, and the manager was drunk and so rude to us, so we left the place before trying to charge $40 per person for an event that started already and had no place to sit. It's not worthy to be there.
