Pure reheated food, very hard meat

The food is decent even though I’d prefer the one in palmdale. The customer service is meh my spouse needed to use the restroom he was literally about to use it on himself so he asked to use the restroom mind you the whole reason we came was to buy food the cashier tells him he has to be a customer to use it which he states he will be but he really has to go she said no you have to buy first before using the restroom. I’ve never in my life heard of a place of business telling a customer they can’t use it til they purchase their items , like so if he would have peed himself then what? I then go in the use it after and was told the same thing purchase or no bathroom use I inform them I just purchased my spouse came in for me . They then said no you have to them she said wait them me ask my manager . She asked and I was then allowed . Never coming back ?
The one on 20th West and Avenue L is garbage. Never will go there again. Hope I don't get sick from the awful food.

Food was good and good customer service
Sick of f fast food workers having inflated egos from Covid times calling them essential heroes. These teenage 20somethings can't get an order right ever, nor do they know what customer service is, and they feel entitled to kindness.. you don't know what 3 tacos on the order slip means, if that confuses you, you are an imbecile who shouldn't be employed, anywhere, ever. You sent a box of meat, and then blamed the dasher for not assembling the tacos you stupid idiots. Seriously you want your wages increased? you want $15 an hour? learn how to read orders and make them correctly and in a timely fashion. Avoid this trash and go to the Mi Ranchito on Ave I.

First time at this Mi Ranchito,I didn’t have change for a big bill, Pablo one of the workers cake outside to give me change. He served us some chips and beans, the food was made fresh, the prices were very fair, and the atmosphere was friendly. Definitely coming back!
