Great location,clean and good staff and food is really really good. Hits the spot I had a wet burrito from ther today and it was perfect and the salsa was spicy and good and had the chips and beans ohhh and there aguas are definitely definitely a must try will come here more often.

Took a chance and tried Mí Ranchito and glad we did!!! It was clean and welcoming. The prices were reasonable. And the food was great! I've been craving authentic huevos rancheros with true ranchero sauce for years and finally got it; Nice delicate sauce with simmered onion and bell peppers - yum! The corn tortillas were hand made, thick and tasty. The taco meat was lean and so well seasoned - no salsa was even needed. No wonder they're rated #1.

The food is decent even though I’d prefer the one in palmdale. The customer service is meh my spouse needed to use the restroom he was literally about to use it on himself so he asked to use the restroom mind you the whole reason we came was to buy food the cashier tells him he has to be a customer to use it which he states he will be but he really has to go she said no you have to buy first before using the restroom. I’ve never in my life heard of a place of business telling a customer they can’t use it til they purchase their items , like so if he would have peed himself then what? I then go in the use it after and was told the same thing purchase or no bathroom use I inform them I just purchased my spouse came in for me . They then said no you have to them she said wait them me ask my manager . She asked and I was then allowed . Never coming back ?

Went and ordered a wet green burrito plate, w/ rice and beans. They got my order wrong and didn't give the plate and then say that can't do that, but all the other locations do!!! And on top of that they put everything in the MICROWAVE!!!! Order after order no matter what it was it went into the microwave. I will never visit this location again.

Simple Mexican restaurant located in downtown Lancaster...surprisingly good! We had the burrito Alegre, chorizo torta, and chilaquilles. The salsas were the stars of the show.

Do not come here food or service it is not good!! Drive 5 minutes and go to Rancheritas Mexican Grill on Lancaster Blvd & Central Valley Way, that place is really good and way better meat selection, beans and rice! Customer service is horrible, ordered a specific thing the lady at the register told the chef the order correctly but the chef cooked it wrong and because I touched it they would not give me my money back nor would they replace it! When I opened up my over easy eggs the eggs were burned and the yolk was hard rock, I asked for over easy!I told the lady I wanted my yolk runny! I ask them for the managers phone number they gave me the wrong number, horrible service!! Then she stands there and stares at me and does nothing!! I will never come back here again!! The only reason I came here knowing that the food is not the best is because I wanted beans and everything else I like is closed on Mondays and did not want fast food! Please don't come here they're asada is not even good, and the birria tasted funky!! There's a reason why they have three stars, it should be less!! Go somewhere else!! I really wish I would have taken a picture but when I showed the lady, she just took the plate and threw it in the trash!! Not refunding or not replacing your order is stealing your hard-earned money!

I love Diana and her customer service. I drive all the way from east Lancaster to this mi Ranchito because of her customer service skills and just her whole personality as one. I definitely recommend this mi Ranchito over all of the other ones. The food is always fantastic and the visit is always great.
Caution when ordering because they will get it wrong and not be accountable. My husband ordered Nachos with meat and instead got Fries with meat which was disappointing since I believe I made it clear and don't understand how it could be confused with one another. My husband ended up not eating it and we just had to toss it since no one wanted it.

They are soooo nice, they have plenty of parking. I didn't liked their nachos but the ASADA tacos are really good. The people working here were very nice.

I don't understand why there's bad reviews, my family and I stopped here after an event and We got Nachos, burritos, tacos and drinks, everything was so good! The cashier was nice and funny, playing around with my family while ordering so much food. Great Mexican food spot. :)

The one on 20th West and Avenue L is garbage. Never will go there again. Hope I don't get sick from the awful food.

I'm dasher and wanted to place my order with them because as you know dashers are always on the move..he told me i can play it but won't be made til I get there.. I honestly been waiting a burrito for a while now and to not have them NOT work with me had me completely frustrated but completely ok just won't do business with them which is FINE
