Paid $9 for a vanilla rasapado that wasn’t very good and mostly dry, and the lady didn’t want to sell me strawberry’s with cream because she needed the fresh strawberry’s for Dubai chocolate cups. Waited 25 min for one item.

I waited over 30 minutes for my order with just one person ahead of me. I came with another person who was going to pay separately the owner wouldn’t start my friends order just because someone else started my order. she took two other people’s order ahead of my friends . Over priced and on top of that they charge a fee for using your debit card. Never coming again.

If I could give less than one star I would. The customer service that the manger/owner provides is terrible. It’s about the amount of profit she makes over the satisfaction of her customer.

They have a great selection of flavors. We came around 630, and they had great ice cream. The people at the counter were very sweet and attentive to our request. I would highly recommend this establishment for any professional nearby in the Valley central area.

I tried the tostilocos and enquires! They were both great and exactly what I was expecting! The service was friendly, and the environment was very clean

Love the costumer service here, they are so friendly and this guy named angel is so cute and will definitely come back more often, I love the agua de pepino and the banana split, recommend 10/10

The worst customer service. We were asked to leave the premises!Both ladies ignored my child wishes for an ice lolly. After I made every effort to grab a chair to allow my son to see the flavours on offer - because he couldn't stand, kneel or sit on the counter - neither of the ladies could understand what he wanted. They kept looking at me asking what was he asking for. I had to made them aware he had asked twice for a chocolate lolly; however their response was to ask us to leave because of our poor attitude..!!!I feel sad they opted to ignore a young kid trying to order at the counter. This place is obviously not child friendly.
