Love the costumer service here, they are so friendly and this guy named angel is so cute and will definitely come back more often, I love the agua de pepino and the banana split, recommend 10/10

The worst customer service. We were asked to leave the premises!Both ladies ignored my child wishes for an ice lolly. After I made every effort to grab a chair to allow my son to see the flavours on offer - because he couldn't stand, kneel or sit on the counter - neither of the ladies could understand what he wanted. They kept looking at me asking what was he asking for. I had to made them aware he had asked twice for a chocolate lolly; however their response was to ask us to leave because of our poor attitude..!!!I feel sad they opted to ignore a young kid trying to order at the counter. This place is obviously not child friendly.

There is a flavor for every taste, chongos zamoranos to gansito and tequila.

Ice cream is really good. I drive 40min with a mini cooler to stock up on the Popsicles so I gave them at home. Soo many awesome flavors! Definitely would recommend to my friends and family. Customer service is great as well.

They are always very friendly, my family and I always like to eat there because everything is very delicious, my daughter loves the ice cream there, my daughter always leaves with a guaranteed smile.

Fantastic customer service....I'm utterly confused as to where these low scores stating bad customer service are coming from...every time I come in, they workers are friendly and polite. "Jessica" sounds like a former employee that is just bitter, or possibly a customer that felt they were owed special treatment after being insanely rude. Stop looking down on those that serve you're they're beneath you...they aren't! I visit this location frequently and they owners are nothing but respectful, even to those unruly customers that don't deserve it.Great food, fair prices...people will be mean and unreasonable towards small family owned businesses but continue to support large corporations all day...baffling.This business definitely deserves your support!
