I love this place. It's very unique but everything I've tried is delicious. The gorditas are my favorite.

The map on the Yelp page is wrong. Go to their website at www.mmmstuffed.com and click on the map link for the correct directions. btw, THE FOOD IS EXCELLENT.

As a long time New Mexican now in the antelope valley I was thrilled to see a flyer for this place. Conveniently located across the street from the hospital, I've been by twice for carry-out lunch. Both times I did not call ahead, but my food was ready in less than 15 minutes, and probably closer to 10. I have some pretty specific requests, and the staff has been friendly and accommodating both times. I'm so excited to be able to fill my sopapilla cravings again!

They are located by 15th street west close to the hospital. Lousy yelp directions. They took a little long to serve us our order. I enjoyed my so-papilla with Christmas sauce. Seen their coupons in the AV press so might go again CLOSED NOW

A friend of the wife told us about this little place and we decided to take the whole family out for a little dinner. I must say that I was highly optimistic since EVERY time I try a different Mexican establishment I walk away highly disappointed. Kinda sorta not the case here. OK so the New Mexico Chile is what sets this place apart from the competition and oh, have I missed my New Mexico Chile. I ordered the Stuffed Sopapilla with shredded beef & red chile, now the first bite didn't blow me away, but it didn't disappoint me either. Which brings me to a dilemma of rating my experience. HARSH TRUTH: if this place was in my home town, then unfortunately it would go out of business within a year. HOWEVER This isn't Cruces So place has a shot to be great and I truly hope it makes it. First, they need to revamp their salsa, my reason being is that this is supposed to provide its customers with a taste of New Mexico and what is New Mexico famous for???? Well besides Breaking Bad and Neil Patrick Harris.... its our CHILE!!!! Chips & Salsa is a simple and free appetizer that allows a restaurant to give the customer a taste of whats in store (Good or Bad), and this is what MMM Stuffed needs to work on in my opinion and they need to Load up their Salsa with Green Chile and get rid of whatever they are currently using. The recipe is simple GREEN CHILE, some tomato sauce & a little garlic and voilí ! Next comes the Meal, The shredded beef was prepared in a way that I am not accustomed to, I am used to the meat already prepared with the red chile and then covering the Sopapilla with MORE red chile sauce. The meat was cooked separately then added with beans inside the Sopapilla and then covered with red chile .The Rice, I have never been a fan of adding veggies in the the rice, just cook it with salsa de tomate & add a little petite diced tomatoes & call it a day. The refried beans were pretty much spot on...if you can't cook beans you shouldn't be cooking at all! Again I am only stating what I am accustomed to based on my family's cooking and food from the local establishments in Las Cruces. I really do hope this place makes it and I am not complaining just to complain, I am just passionate about my food from New Mexico and although this place advertises itself as giving customers a taste of New Mexico it comes off more of a tease. The service itself was decent and the waitress did say that they were having issues with the grill. I would recommend this place to a few of my friends, but i'd give them a heads up that it's not what we're used to. Needless to say My wife & I will be coming back, so my 3 star rating may change.

The food is amazing...fresh ingredients, homemade taste and yummy! I live in Santa Clarita and stopped by this restaurant. This restaurant is better than any latin food restaurant by where I live. I had the Christmas Sopapilla (red and green chili). I just wished my stomach was bigger to be able to finish the huge portions provided. I also had the sopapilla with honey to finish. I was full but that also tasted so good, I had to eat two! Mmm Stuffed is an appropriate restaurant name!

Sopapillas!!!! My wife and I literally drove right by this little place when she told me to turn around to check it out. We walked in, and you can tell that they just opened. Decor is sparse, but comfortable and casual. Food is good quality, decent portion size, flavorful and mild The sopapillas are fantastic! Light, fluffy, put a bit of honey on them and Oh yeah! Give this place a shot, definitely a worthwhile stop for lunch.
