First time only to find out they will be closing??Good food and drinks. Even though Terri the bartender was extremely busy she always had a smile and kept checking on us. It's ashame their closing will try to make it back before closing happens.??

steak??? ha!! i could see the overpriced menu through it!!! no a1!! and no 57!!! steakhouse fakehouse!!! obtw! i got the ribeye . at least that's what they called it!

The only thing worse than the food and the mice repeatedly running by our feet was the owners customer service! I'll start by saying the waitress was good and friendly. We ordered an appetizer which was just ok, tasted like frozen food but was the best part , salad was ok and after that it was all down hill. I ordered a filet mignon medium well and it came out well done. It was so burnt I couldn't even choke it down with A1 sauce. The green beans tasted like nothing, the twice baked potatoes lacked flavor. Ordered a side of garlic mashed potatoes and they were definitely Instant and tasted like nothing. My husbands ribs were tender yet dry and lacked flavor. By far the worst steak house I've ever been to, hell McDonalds would of been better. Waitress gets owner because she feels terrible. He walks up with a beer in his hand insulting us just saying he sells the most ribs in the av and he's sorry we're not happy but if we think we're getting a free meal we're not, which was never in question but a discount would of been nice since the food wasn't edible and I didn't pay 40 bucks for charcoal or what he'd like to call filet mignon. He also asked what we expected about the mice since we're in the country.... Ummm not to have them running across my feet for one but besides that some flavor for this horrible frozen food. Never once offered to re make our food or try to act like he cared, obviously he didn't because he had better things to do like drink with his buddies. At the end of the day if he's that hard up for money charging for things that we're more than horrendous then you go on and have it. I know I'll never stop by again. One thing is to have s*** food and mice but customer service is top tier. You can take the money you pretty much stole from us for the food we didn't eat and buy yourself another drink on me. Anyone reading this take it from me don't waste the money. Wish I would of read the reviews, even though I'll usually try anything once.

Stop, don't do it, I'm telling don't do it! I don't know if I should begin with the horrible owner, horrible food or the mice! My wife has been telling about this place for a couple of weeks, so today I surprised and took her there. I should of read and listened to the reviews on here. The waitress was an absolute delight and amazing at her job. My wife ordered the filet mignon, medium cooked. The steak ended up being well, well over done, I'm taking about R.I.P! I ordered the ribs, the meat was tender yet dry, definitely not seasoned, the bbq sauce they put on the ribs lacked flavor. We both ordered twice cooked potatoes, which were also bland and flavorless. We got a side of garlic potatoes that were definitely straight out of the box, no garlic and no seasoning. Shortly after we got our plates we spotted a couple of mice running across the dinning area and underneath our booth. At this point we were over our food and ready for the check. I asked for the check and the waitress noticed something wasn't right, we pointed out the issues, she apologized and brought the owner to our table. The owner came to our table drinking a beer and was definitely inebriated. He began by saying that the mice are to be expected since the restaurant is in the desert and that as long as the mice aren't dancing on our plates everything is fine. I told him that the mice are the least of his problems, told him that the all food lacked flavor and the issues with everything we ordered. He made excuses for it all and said that I must be the best rib maker because he sells the most ribs in the AV and has never heard that. At no time did he apologize for anything or asked if he could remake our food. I challenged him to try the food, but of course he refused to do so. The owner also said he wasn't going to give us a free meal, which at no point did we ask for a free meal. This guy needs to put the beer down, read the reviews and he'll that there is an issue at his place of business. The only good thing about this place was our waitress, I wish her the best and hope she can find a place to work for that matches her great service.

Went for the first time last week. Great food and huge portions. Service was excellent! My friends had the rib eye and I had the beef stroganoff. Delicious. Highly recommend this place

Got like a 14 inch ribeye for 35 bucks along with a baked potato mixed vegetables and a salad. It was delicious. The owner will hang out and have a drink with you, he's a great guy. I had a great time there highly recommended and it's half the price of Broken Bit. Workers were friendly as well!

Curious as to how this place has earned such high reviews? Was excited to try it. Long and negative experience short, please save your money and eat elsewhere. My one star is for the waitress, she was on point.If you enjoy over cooked, zero flavor steak, as in literally salt n pepper, with a side of cafeteria green beans and watery mashed potatoes, then look no further.It took over 35 minutes to receive our food. My date and I were disappointed when the following was brought to the table, please see pics for what their idea of med/rare is. Then see additional pic of what the 2nd try at med/rare turned out to be.?♀️??To top off the very over priced meal, I had about 20 minutes, before this meal landed me in the bathroom. Zero calories earned from this meal if you follow me? It ruined my evening for sure.Pros, the karaoke was goin strong in the background. So perhaps with a few strong drinks, this is what has helped land this place the reviews that it has somehow earned? ?I will most definitely not return here.

IF I WASNT SO HUNGRY, AFTER THE SHOCK OF SEEING THIS COUNTERFEIT STEAK (A REEEAL MUNSON!), I WOULD HAVE PACKED UP AND NEVER LOOKED BACK!!! TOTAL WASHOUT!!! MY WIFE HAD THE FRIED CHICKEN, IT WAS HORRIBLE! THE BREADING WAS HARD AND SWEET TAISTING, WEIRD! GOT A DRAFT BEER TOO, BUT I GUESS THEY NEVER HEARD OF FREEZING THE GLASS, THEY BROUGHT THE SECOND ONE OUT IN A PLASTIC CUP! RIDICULOUS!

Our first time at Mosmans, had very high hopes, but were rather disappointed with our food. The service was absolutely great, our waitress was the best waitress we have ever had at any restaurant. The restaurant is way out in the boondocks, the restaurant is a cozy country style restaurant, very friendly atmosphere. However, pricing is pretty steep for the quality of food served. I took a chance, considering this is a steak house and ordered ribs, BIG mistake. The sauce was overly sweet, way too much molasses and the ribs extremely over cooked, very dry. My wife had the salmon, again very dry and no flavor. My wife however enjoyed her desert, it was her birthday and even the other guests sang Happy Birthday to her. All in all, great experience, but the food was less than average. May try them one more time, but the next time try their steaks.

Amazing food and service! Our family stop in our way back to San Bernardino, definitely will find our way back to this steakhouse, is a jewel in Lancaster. The plain burger for my little girl was delicious. No waiting line in a Saturday afternoon! Nice fire and live music!
