I had the fried pork chops that were seasoned perfectly and delicious. The only complaint was that the shmac (w/shrimp) and cheese was too salty for my taste. Everything else was delicious!

Alright, we checked out the rib tips, smothered chops and the jambalaya...Phenomenal! Everything seasoned well and I'm still trying to figure out how stop thinking about the greens, I can't!The banana pudding is better than my mom's. I now have to lie to her.Check this place out, it's great! Super friendly.

Food was delicious. Cooked to order so be ready to wait but so worth it. Food comes out piping hot and delicious! We had the jambalaya which was a nice amount of spice and had tons of chicken, sausage and veggies in rich sauce over rice. Added sweet yams and tasty bbq beans with hamburger in them. Then we got the smothered chicken. Yummy chicken gravy with a little kick over two huge chicken wings cut in pieces. Served over rice. Tried the collard greens which were tender and tasty. The Mac and cheese was creamy and delicious. We can't wait to go back and try more! Next time white peach cobbler! You have to try this place. Amazing!!!

Bad reviews on here clearly couldn’t handle the food. The food was great, the ribs were good, the potato salad had a unique taste, Mac and cheese was solid, the fish sample I received was amazing. The candied yams were the perfect balance of flavor (not too sweet at all). Everything I tried was amazing. Thank you so much.
