So my quest for a healthy lunch date took a weird turn today. I found this restaurant via Google, viewed their menu and was so excited because they also had vegan options. Sent the boyfriend because I was in a work training. Boyfriend excited because he’s also on a health journey. Boyfriend orders the vegan wild berry pancakes, and I went for a So Cal wrap. We set up a “backyard healthy lunch date”. How romantic right? Great weather today, healthy vibes, you get the mood? Pancakes were on point, but then I find a hair in my wrap. Major buzzkill. Boyfriend, being the hero, goes back to sort it out, but the cashier's all like, "You probably had that hair” and stated that they needed to see the hair. My boyfriend explains that I spat it out on the ground and explained that he only wanted a replacement wrap and no money back. Cashier calls owner. Owner tells my boyfriend to call health department smh and refused to give him a replacement or refund. My boyfriend feeling defeated calls me and of course Im complaining because what does that mean NO LUNCH AT ALL? Lol. Us girls love our food. Happy spouse, happy house. So I decide to go speak with cashier because I was the one who found the hair. I explain to cashier that this is wrong and Im a person of integrity and would not just complain to cause havoc. I just wanted a great lunch, but now would like a refund due to their customer service. Cashier still refused to give refund or replacement. Cashier calls owner and they threaten to call the cops! I say ok because I for sure knew I was not wrong whatsoever. I never thought I will be protesting for food…healthy food at that? Hmm maybe for a carne asada burrito. Lol but anyway here we are! Cops show up, talk sense, and finally, they cave for a refund and finally cashier offers to make a replacement. I do not want the replacement now sir. Why the unnecessary drama over a $12 wrap? The manager then ask the officers if they can make a report that they gave us a refund and also can we not come back to their restaurant again. Who would want to come back? All of this was ridiculous and it ruined our healthy lil backyard boogie lunch date. Now back to work we go. But overall, glad I got my money back. Thank you AV officers! And where are all the healthy AV spots? My bf and I need a do over.

So, I'm standing in line, right? And the guy taking orders was just not getting it together. The person in front of me finished ordering, and instead of moving on to the next customer, this cashier decided to have this super long and totally personal conversation with the person, totally unrelated to their order. Now, I get it; good customer service means being friendly and all, but read the room! There's a line of hungry folks, and we're all just waiting there while they're going on and on about who knows what. I understand that people want to talk and connect, but there's a time and place for everything. Especially when there's a line of hungry customers waiting. If they want to continue their chat, how about having someone else take over the register while they carry on? It's not rocket science, just a bit of common sense. I was sitting there, watching the clock, and getting more and more frustrated. I ended up being late coming back from my lunch break because of this whole ordeal. I mean, seriously? I came for a fast food fix, not a therapy session or whatever they were having.

This is my second favorite go to spot in Lancaster. Lots of organic options for the health conscious and very yummy! Their spicy jackfruit wrap is awesome and my daughter’s favorite is the smoothies!!! Try them all!!! Such a wonderful place! You will NOT be disappointed!Vegetarian options: Veggie wrap is awesome!!! Try all the smoothies!!!Parking: Large parking lot in a wonderful part of town!!!Kid-friendliness: Yes extremely kid friendly. My daughter has loved this place since she was 8 years old!!!Wheelchair accessibility: This is wheelchair accessible! Not sure about the bathroom but parking and front door definitely!!!

When I found this place, I was so glad there's healthy food in the AV. Food is great and fresh. Service was also quick. I will definitely be coming back.

Meh, the food was fresh enough, i got the turkey avi wrap, and a chix salad which i got without the chicken because I was told it would take 15- 20 min because they prepare everything fresh, but maybe because all employees were on a break and on their phones probabaly for lunch when i walked ib i wasn't expecting a curry flavor in the potatoes and not sure if they forgot the goats cheese or not but didn't see it taste it, i also got a smoothy. Way too much ginger in the smoothly it was over powering. It tasted homemade so i'm sure it was quality i wouldn't return

The food was delicious. I have to say, the service was slow. I noticed they do a great take out business. The place is small. But again the food was delicious and I will go back. I recommend this one.
