Usually not one to write a review but if you’re going to order from here I’d suggest calling or going in person. I ordered online and when I arrived I explained that when I ordered the system never asked me for a name but showed them the receipt and the tracker that clearly had my order with their address and proof of payment, the young gentlemen in the front seemed like he wanted to resolve the issue but his higher up or whoever quickly told me I needed to call the company, very dismissive and unwilling to help. I was kind shocked how they all stood there with the dumbest expressions on their face with no willingness to help. When I checked my email it had my name and went back, when I told them my name they said we don’t have your order and shrugged. Again, I had the email confirmation with the order and their store information. Extremely unhelpful, incompetent and rude, will not be returning.

I’ve been ordering pizza from here since moving to Lancaster several years ago and this is by far the worst Papa John’s that I’ve ever been to. They never get my order right. I request square cut pizza, they give me the regular cut. I tell them I want extra sauce, they make the pizza extra dry. I don’t understand why it’s so difficult to follow instructions. I’ve loved Papa John’s for years and it is so unfortunate that I just happen to live by the worst one ever.
