My pho and vietnamese coffee were so good! The two servers today also worked great despite being understaffed and dealing with their card machine going down. It was unfair to see customers treat them rudely today when it was nobody’s fault that their reader went down, especially the servers. Despite being talked to rudely by others they had a polite demeanor and demonstrated a lot of patience. I hope everyone is more understanding moving forward!
I come here all the time for some Pho Tai and Spring rolls! I’m never disappointed and feel like family here! Yes, there are times they are very busy but it’s a small mom and pop shop! Be nice!
Lady who served me over the phone was super polite and same way in person, got extra items after I paid free of charge and the serving size is large and plenty to fill you up!
