Take out ! But should have never walked in 😡🤮this pizza hut should be shut down or hire better servers that care 🙄 where's my extra BBQ sauce and why is the pizza stiff 🤔 had to take a lil girl into men's bathroom he said ladies was not to be used. No tissue, no seat covers and no paper towels to while off the seat so I didn't let her use it. Disgusting.

I should have just ordered from Little Caesars. I thought I was getting a pan dish with extra cheese What I got was a flat pizza bitter tasting tomatoes sauce and didn't even look like extra cheese was added. The management isn't any help and did not rectify the situation WORST PIZZA EVER I WILL NEVER GO BACK

We ordered a large pizza at 5:55 pm, and after 55 minutes we had to go to the restaurant to ask about it. It was delivered frozen, with no plates, and they said they didn't even have cheese. It's truly the worst place to go and eat. The staff is terrible, and the waiter is incredibly rude.

They gave me the wrong soda mixed my orders up this is the second time I have received an order where there is more wing sauce on the bottom of my pizza then there was in my wings extremely irritated and when I called to see if they would bring me the soda I ordered they hung up on me twice

I ordered my pizza at 3:07 and it’s now 4:30 and I haven’t received my pizza . I have called the store 5 times but all it did was ring and ring and no one never answered. Calling 5 times and no one never answer is definitely CRAZY . And almost waiting 2 hours for 1 pizza is Insane . This Pizza Hut is ran so badly . And it will be my last time ordering with this location. Guaranteed.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent order from Pizza Hut. After waiting a long time for my pizza. I was shocked to find that each slice only had two pepperonis. This is completely unacceptable and feels very cheap for a well-known chain like Pizza Hut. For the price I paid, I expected a decent amount of toppings, not this bare-bones effort.
To make matters worse, the wait time was longer than expected, which added to my frustration. This experience has me questioning if I’ll order from Pizza Hut again. Please do better!

I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and this is how it came out. This pizza looked like someone drop it. If you look at the pizza on the right side 3 of my pizza slices was broken in half. The pizza was also cut like the person didn’t care. I should have known something would be wrong the young lady that was at the register looked like she didn’t want to be at work today she had a very nonchalant attitude about her. I live to far away to take it back and I had little ones waiting to eat lunch. Smh next time I’ll just order from the Pizza Hut on ave K.

I went initially to order, pick up and deliver the food for my bestie. The restaurant was empty except for one person I who was trying bargain with the hostess. She took my order and I went to pay and I found out that she gave me the wrong card. So with great embarrassment I left with nothing.

It's the worst company overall. Their call center is run by a bunch of lazy people who know nothing and are unwilling to help anyone. They constantly hang up on you and then transfer you to the store. The store employees know nothing and are also reluctant to help. Ordering pizza should not be rocket science.
