I'm a delivery man. This place is simply a nightmare for delivery people. I have delivered 3,000 orders. This place is the worst👎🏻. The efficiency of the staff is very slow. They would rather have time to chat with colleagues than ask about your order name. They can only wait slowly. This is the only restaurant I have waited for more than 30 minutes, and it is also the worst store. I think they should change the service staff, instead of ignoring the feelings of customers and delivery staff because the business is good. If you are very busy, you can completely close the takeaway order system, instead of making us wait like fools for so long every time. It's too rubbish.

This is the second time I buy through the app to pick up at the drive thru and they give me whatever they want, this time I ordered some spicy bone in wings and they gave me some simple nuggets, also the potatoes don't look fresh, they feel like they're reheated.

The lines are too long, the person at the line, takes for ever to take the orders, I've been in line for like 20 minutes, and there's 5 cars ahead of me. I don't know what takes so long, to be served, if everything is already made. Please speed up the line it isn't rocket science!!

we've been there twice and if it wasn't for a great employee, nt sure if I have the name rt but her name is emone and I asked her for help w my order and she went above and beyond and as a senior citizen that meant so much to us and because of her we will return to this establishment. she has a beautiful personality and a great asset to the company
