The food was really good. Went inside there were 3 employees working the drive thru window after about 15 of them laughing & playing the manager separated them. As she should have. They (2 of the 3 from drive thru) began giving customers attitude when asked any questions. Items were missing from my order and I didn't realize until I got home and the restaurant never answered their phone. ?Parking: Huge parking lot but the placement of their drive thru line makes it somewhat difficult to leave. The parking lot is on the left and their drive thru line is on the right. When leaving their parking lot you'll be blocked by everyone in the drive thru. Until a driver decides to allow you to pass through once the drive thru line moves up. Smh makes no sense
I have never seen a drive thru service 1 car every 30 min, avoid this location.

Placed an online order and went to pick it up through the drive thru since the dining room was closed already. The cashier asked for the order name and said he’d go check in it. After 15 min of waiting he came back and asked what he could do for us which means he didn’t go check on our order and just did god knows what. Afterwards, we realized once we got home that we weren’t give the sauces we paid extra for. I know the standard for Popeyes isn’t meant for high expectations but surprisingly this location managed to make others look like a chick fil a by comparison with customer service. Do yourselves a favor and just go next door to doublez or drive to ave k for Dave’s

I need to say, that the manager (male) at the time of my finally receiving my order treated me rudely & poorly! He said things to me that no average person would say to a disabled elderly person, much less someone who was a manager of a people-oriented business. I was shocked at his attitude & rudeness, and so were the people standing around me. If Popeyes wants to shut down this location, just keep managers like him around!Parking: Not many spots, especially for the handicapped, the area is small and awkward to maneuver.

Fish sandwich not very big dry but tasty. Chicken sandwich was good. Combo did not get my Biscuit and bean rice side was way too small. Is that the same as a 469 size?
3rd time I come at 8pm and door is lock to order in store , I check the door hours and it says they close the door at 10pm . Finally someone walk out and the manager tells me only drive thru... terrible service plus never have something that I want , never come back

Every time I come here they always seem to forget something from my order. Well the other day I spent $46 on 2 wing combos (12 piece wing platters) when I got home I realized the combs were both 6 piece not 12. I paid for 12. So I call them twice, no answer. I drive there and tell the girl I’m missing my 12 other wings, they ask if I called I said yes nobody answered and she turns to another employee and says “we “forgot” her wings” and put her fingers in quotation marks as if I’m lying. I never was told sorry or even tested nicely. Instead they accused me of lying. Shame on this location. I will not be returning. I sent corporate a message and all they tried to do was offer me a $5 discount. Will not be returning.
