My experience here was awful , it was my first time going there and as soon as I made my order I noticed the cooks weren't wearing any gloves and when I asked if they wore any they said they don't have too so I couldn't even get a refund and if they don't care about highgene they don't care about the food and sure enough the food was trash wasn't well made no gloves my dog didn't even want to eat the food never again ,be careful going there when those cooks are there because they don't care for nothing it was a stocky chubby dude and a pimple face dude hope they can learn how to be more caring . So disappointed ☹️.

This place has the best breakfast burritos in town but the they repeatedly make billing mistakes. About a month ago I called in an order and they forgot to put 3 fries that were paid for. Rather than drive all the way back I called it in and they said they would refund my card in 3-5 days. Two weeks later it still had not been refunded and they said I should contact my bank and refused to take responsibility for the refund. Today they charged me $63.90 for four breakfast burritos. I had called it in and ran in to get the food and when I got to the car I thought did they really just charge me almost $64 for 4 burritos? Yes. Yes they did. I guess the girl had too much time on her hands when o called the order on and decided to add two meals that I never ordered.... The restaurant was pretty empty when I got there so it's not like she was being rushed... she just randomly added to extra meals to a very simple order repeated to her several times. When I go back in to address the random charges in my bill, the girls were like oh sorry about that we can just put it back on your card. No thank you I said. I've heard that line of baloney from this establishment too many times. I requested cash and they said they could not give me cash if I paid with card. We went back and forth on that one for a bit and I just thought fine, I'll probably never see my money they owe me, but I'm going to let everyone I can, know about the incompetence and terrible customer service here. If I don't receive this refund within 10 days I'll report them to the better business bureau. I don't get it. I'm a regular repeat customer and yet so many times they mess up in my bill and they never compensate you anything extra to say sorry, and they never even get better. It's not just one employee either, it's all those girls that work the register. You would think working the cash register was like asking them to do calculus on paper.
FYI -Only the gal with the long blonde hair knows what she is doing. She never makes mistakes and sadly only works in the mornings. Good luck my friend. If you eat here pay cash, check your order before you leave and double check it again and then check your receipt. I promise you there is 90% chance something is missing or you have been charged for something you never ordered.

I did not enjoy the burger (no harm intended, this is just my personal opinion). No taste, just salt, they can do better for the price especially for their house "primo deluxe". It just does not worth it. There's a need for a rethink. Nit coming back.

?? I only speak for myself but I did not enjoy the food I bought the buffalo wings and fries The chicken didn't taste right in the sauce. didn't smell good to me and the fries didn't have no seasoning. I had to ask so I won't be going back. that's my opinion to each is on ?
