The food was nasty I just went yesterday mind you im from the south. ATLANTA,GA TO BE EXACT and the yams were over cooked too much all spice and cinnamon , Mac and cheese was salty, fish was salty with a slight fishy taste the only thay was good was the collards, so i order 3 chicken and waffle plate for my kids and the chicken grease was burnt you can taste it in the chicken, waffle 🧇 nasty too much all spice and cinnamon. The pork chops had been cooked in fish&Chicken grease it’s cross contamination also it was old oil the gravy on the rice was beyond black the Mac Cheese was over cooked the yams was not cooked they were hard and my $6 drink was watered down no ice a lot of sugar water
This was my second time going to this place first time is when they first opened now years later it’s still remains terrible 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 1-10 I’ll give it a ZERO 🎤👋🏼
Very friendly guy, (was it Randy?) with a big smile served me collards, cajun rice & beans, cheesy grits with smothered pork chops. The seasonings were on point for it all, however, the pork chop was tough. If that is you Randy, give them a buttermilk marinade. The flavor of the gravy on that pork job was absolutely divine! Peach cobbler for desert was also very yummy. Will be back for oxtails next!
