Excellent service, very nice and cozy place. The tea is flavorful, and the boba is soft and chewy. They also have some small board games for you to play.

THE BEST BOBA, everytime I go here I get the brown sugar boba and it’s so good not to sweet but not bland like all those other places! If you don’t like boba try this place! If I never found this place I would never drink boba.

Absolutely love this place. The best boba shop I've found around here. Tried many drinks here, never had one I didn't like. Highly recommend the jasmine milk tea, I get mine with no sugar, add boba!

I have tried many of the boba places in Lancaster and this is hands down my favorite. The boba is always fresh and perfectly chewy. They have so many options for your drinks and all of them always seem to be tasty and consistent.

I had ordered the strawberry matcha latte and one of the newer drinks I saw on a board in the shop. I had ordered boba in the other drink, they put it in a cup on the side, not in the drink. I asked for it in the drink. The matcha latte, I ordered it at 50% sweet, they made it 30%. Unfortunately I didn't notice this until I was on my way home. It did not taste good. This was the 2nd, and last, time I've been there. Both times, I received drinks that were messed up. I'm giving it 3 stars though because the first time I went, one of the drinks I got was the mango matcha latte and it was pretty good. It had the amount of sweetness I asked for and everything. But I gave the place 2 tries and I had bad drink experiences both times.

A little pricey but resembles the PMT (pearl milk tea) places in NorCal where I could sit for hours and study. Is quiet. Love this place. Clean bathrooms. Can do study groups here or work in your laptop.
