A little pricey but resembles the PMT (pearl milk tea) places in NorCal where I could sit for hours and study. Is quiet. Love this place. Clean bathrooms. Can do study groups here or work in your laptop.

Where have you been rare tea?! The double brown sugar milk tea with boba...addictive! You must go try them out.
