We've always gone to Big Tuna in the past. Never again. If you want melt in your mouth sushi, Red Salmon is the place to go. It's a small restaurant, but they are mighty, with their food. The appetizers were amazing. Between the 4 of us, we had 7 rolls. We couldn't taste each other's rolls, fast enough. I had honestly forgotten what really good sushi should taste like. The food comes on one big plate, so we we were all able to try each other's food....

Ordered my food to-go and was told my order would take 20-25 mins, and they would call me. 40 mins. later, I walk back over, and the girl hands me my food. I commented that no one called me to tell me that my order was ready. So she asks the server that brought the food out and the server states that she hasn’t called yet, BUT that it had not been sitting there long. Right? We’ll see.
