This place is amazing, the atmosphere is very welcoming the food is sooo goood, they have a variety of choices from different countries like El Salvador , Cuba, Columbia, Brazil, Mexico and more. everybody is very nice and one of my personal favorites are the Cuban sandwich, Picada Columbiana and the pollo Saltado plate

Friendly staff, waitress was very attentive and friendly.
The food was exquisite. Fresh, presentable.
I had a Peruvian dish. Steak cooked to perfection, the rice was fluffy yet firm. Absolutely delicious! So so much flavor, I could hardly keep my fork down!
I had a mixed drink and that was phenomenal! Not too strong, not watered down. You tasted the flavor of the passion fruit and the alcohol. Greatly displayed! Had an orchid as garnish.
The price wasn’t bad, food and a drink. Less than $40. It was a great portion of food for the price. Definitely returning!
Can’t wait to go back!

I'm always shocked at the amount of food you get for such a good price. It doesn't matter what I'm craving, RIO always gets it 100%
My favorite it the saltado de pollo. The ambiance is upscale but not fussy, no dress code just a great restaurant, good food, and the perfect location. I always walk around lancaster blvd after eating here so I can see what's new and window shop

Delicious everything

Most delish Latin food in the AV. Situated on the east end of Lancaster blvd. I dug the little plant flower vibe they had hanging on the wall. The background music was at the right octave. But, the decor did not do the food justice! We were looking for something different in flavor. Something to break the monotony. And let me tell you, we found it! Everything was prepared with amazing flavor, temperature, texture, and presentation. We started with the Chicharron con yucca. For drinks, we enjoyed the Caipirinha and a Paloma that the waitress suggested (sorry, I don't remember which one). For dinner, we had the Picada Colombiana and Lamb Plate. Hands down, from the starter to the dinner to the drinks were amazing. I wanted more but was full before I finished. The portions were perfect. Thank you for the amazing food.

They have a new popper taco, Chile stuffed with cream cheese and ham and wrapped in bacon on home made tortilla…Wow! I also had the cubed bacon shoulder with the fresh guacamole and homemade chips. Soooo good!!!

Was pleasantly surprised with my dine in experience. It was a little pricey, but the Brazilian all you can eat was delicious. The service was responsive, courteous and helpful with deciphering menu options. Service gets a 5, presentation gets a 4.5 and flavor gets a 4. This is not at the Las Vegas level, but a great lunch or dinner date with the significant other in downtown Lancaster. Unfortunately, I didn’t take pictures of the food because I was too busy eating it.

I visited @riolatinbistro in Lancaster over the weekend . I had their great Lomo Saltado with a chimi chucci sauce on the side . The rice and fries were cooked to perfection . Sooo Delicious! Loved going here. Was served by Roger and amazing drinks by Emanuel, they were such a pleasure to be around, and I enjoyed the atmosphere and short wait time to get my meal and appetizers. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
