This place is way too overhyped, the food was very unimpressive. It’s not inedible but I don’t see myself wanting to go back here. The mac n cheese is incredibly bland so with the Mac bowl you’re stuck with a 21$ huge portion of plain noodles with mediocre chicken and soggy fries. The sandwich is also pretty unimpressive and the sauce is like a slightly less tangy Dave’s sauce, although their ranch is really good. People are too willing to go crazy over mediocre food, wouldn’t recommend it.

Used to be amazing, but quality started slipping around the time they switched from the brown boxes to the red and white ones. I've had a few meals that were dry or burnt compared to their usual standard.
Friendly service and good size portions, though - and still good enough to come back.

l used to be a big fan of this spot — the spicy chicken was always packed with flavor, juicy, and had just the right amount of heat. It was worth every penny, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal. Unfortunately, lately the quality has taken a noticeable dip. The chicken isn't as fresh or well-seasoned. Meanwhile, the prices keep going up, which makes it harder to justify coming back. Recently i had ordered 2 mac bowls for my girlfriend and i with the spice level as “ Hot “ but it did not have any sort of spice at all. This isn’t the first time this has happened either as it seems like depending on the cook , it’ll either be “ Hot “ like asked or just “ Mild “ with little to no flavor. Overall disappointing as it should not taste different every time , i used to love this spot and come once to twice a week but this most recent experience with prices continuing to climb and quality drastically going down makes me not want to come back as often. I really hope they can get back to the quality that made this place stand out because it had so much potential. Fingers crossed for a turnaround!
Literally the best chicken shop in the entire AV! Tried them for the first time today and could not believe how good it was! Gotta try if next time you’re craving chicken! Oh and don’t even get me started on their fries! Absolutely delicious and perfectly seasoned! And the homemade Mac n cheese is perfection! To top it all off I got their strawberry lemonade made in house and it was the perfect drink to pair with my meal. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Very good food and very kind people but I felt very lead astray by the spicy levels. The mild was /really/ hot and I’m NOT a baby about spice, I just can’t eat it very often because I have a sensitive stomach. The tater tots were really great at least, they helped me cool down my mouth very well lol
