Very tasty quick and local option for some great Mexican food. The service is always A1 ( specifically this location) , and they will happily prepare your food in a hurry when you call in for a pick up order. Try the Carne Asada burrito (Wet style) with red salsa ; for starters, and you won't be disappointed. The price point is perfect, and I've been charged way more for food that was not as great. Terrible service... long wait to get menu, drinks, food. After 40 minutes... waiter told me that didn't have Tacos de Papa. Ordered soup instead... took another 20 minutes... had to get up to ask where my soup was, and waiter walked right past me. Soup was like warm. Call in orders were served semi fast... but saw many people complain that orders weren't right. Saw so many people walk out. Had to ask for more drinks, napkins. Takeout boxes, the bill. Had to get up and get our own napkins, silver ware, take out box. I don't know why this place doesn't close down. Saw so many unhappy customers, mostly disappointed in service it seemed.

Not half bad at allDrive thru is a bit of a wait due too long lines and the food does take a bit to prep. But I got a sope asada taco plate and a chicken quesadilla and here's the breakdown.Taco plate 6.5/10 The asada was a bit chewy and didn't have much flavor by itself but they dressed it up well with a good tasting red salsa, crema, cheese, beans and a nicely crispy tortilla. Beans and rice were alright definitely not something I'd seek out again but coming with the plate a subtle bit of flavor from both. Chicken quesadillas 8.5/10The chicken quesadilla was the star of the show by a mile. However the chicken gets prepped makes it tender, juicy, and filled with flavor and that's combined with a good cheese and a nicely toasted tortilla that. It is a bit messy and oily but it's worth the flavor!

The one on 20th West and Avenue L is garbage. Never will go there again. Hope I don't get sick from the awful food.

0/10 if possible! What the hell? My kid is asleep in the car I went to the drive Thru the guy said to come in for faster y or he'd take my order! He never took my order! Just shut this place down! One person in front at the drive thru! That's so messed up man! HORRIBLE!

Eh, nothing too special. There's some amazing Hispanic food all over town that's superior but the drive through is convenient and they're very quick

I'm full and satisfied but not sure I choose the right protein for my tacos but the one I chose for my burrito was on point. I had a 3 Taco plate with rice and beans. I chose Carnitas as my meat and it didn't make my taste buds so back flips but I did eat all three without hesitation. The beans and rice were good but I couldn't finish it all. The burrito was amazing. Yep I loved it. Wet with red sauce filled with everything and grilled chicken. Now this will be my choice when I return. The restaurant was recommended by a caterer and it did not disappoint. The tacos I'll try a different protein next time.

Your service is really excellent you know what the cashier help me out really polite her name is Gloria She's the best she's actually help me how to order something that I didn't even know she help me out or something and they have for me to eat she made the cookies cookie for me my recommendation for her she actually agreed service I recommend this place to anyone to come and eat
I made the mistake of going to the wrong intercom to order because there was no indication of its changed location. The lady at the window working on 9/11/21 at 3:30 pm asked if i ordered at the intercom. i told her that no one responded she told me that there was a new intercom to order from and that i have to get in the back of the line instead of taking my order at the window and letting me get the from from inside, this would've been an easy fix. Instead of dealing with her rude nonchalant demeanor, i decided to go sammy's mexican restaurant to get some hard shell tacos and they where delicious. Unfortunately this is the second mi ranchitos to have been rude to me which sucks because i really enjoy the food, but i wont be returning to this location.
