They have more choices than most Starbucks I've been to.

Why does this location close inside so early ??? I placed an order at 8pm just to come to the store and find that it was closed inside. I literally had to wait in the drive through for 30 min for my 2 drinks that I wasn’t able to cancel . So frustrating and a waste of time. It should say something about it being closed inside on the app.

Purchased a iced coffee and don’t know what it was but every time I tried drinking something in my drink smelled bad, like expired milk… I tried calling after work but no one would answer… I took a picture of how I couldn’t even drink half of it..

Placed a mobile order the sticker clearly says 4/4 items yet they hand the person picking up my order 1 item and say that’s everything for my mobile order I call to ask what had happened and they offer to just make it for me next time whatever, I come back the next day and explain hoping to get my drink and go but I sit in the lobby for 20 full minutes before they remember to make my drink make it WRONG and hand me it. It’s very annoying

I am a city worker and I came in to this location after going to an another location earlier that day and purchasing two drinks I came into this location only wanted ice water. He told me I had to make a purchase to get free ice water. I asked him when did that start because I have spent so much money with Starbucks for over 10 to 15 years also collect their merchandise just for this location to tell me I can't have free ice water came in in my uniform and everything as a city worker, I was very disappointed I almost purchase some merchandise just to get free ice water, but as observing their merchandise, it was dusty and dirty, and some of them was defective this was at 4:45. The person at the counter I didn't catch his name because I was so irritated Customer Service please help.(please keep in mind that I'm a regular and I did make a purchase earlier that day at a different location. I have my app to show proof, but that is unnecessary in this case for free ice water and if it's no longer free, please take it off the Google search
9 drinks fast friendly drive thru service on a Saturday evening

The service was horrible I went there with my friend and she ordered something to drink and we waited 50 minutes for our drink as well as other customers they had so many drinks on the counters for people that wasn't even there people were talking over these drinks it was just so unsanitary I would never go there again I've never waited that long at a Starbucks. When your order is ready they will call your name very lightly instead of strong and loud very bad service. By the way my friend used a gift card that's why she decided wait if she would have used cash we would have left

I rarely go to this Statbucks just because its always busy, but everytime I do the service is good and the drinks are so amazing. I can tell they put effort into making the drinks taste good and look good.

Don’t go here if you’re in a rush the drive thru line is a guaranteed 30 min wait every time I go and I wish I was exaggerating
I had a horrible experience at my local store and drove out of my way to get a better experience, Brian was on drive thru and he was perfect his energy matched mine and he heard on my voice that I was upset he not only took care of my drink but apologized for the behavior of the other Starbucks employee and wrote a kind message on my cup his simple works gave me comfort that I am welcome to this Starbucks, Jenny also reassured me the bad attitude of the other places was not welcome in the Starbucks company I’m very happy they care for the customers. Pls they deserve an extra bonus for their great service.

Best Starbucks in my experience so far buying these damn expensive Frappes in the Antelope Valley. These guys, whoever makes them when I drive up with someone else driving me, of course and say, Caramel Ribbon Crunch Grande, makes me go ahhhhhhhhhhhh, right after that first sip. Thank you, THANK YOU unknown Barista or Baristo. You have made my day! There are also many more reasons that this is the best Starbucks in the AV, in my book, they are friendly and kind and the food items have all been Great! It's not the closest Starbucks to me by far but I will have to start paying extra for someone to drive me there specifically for their A one top notch service, especially if the other locations don't care about their quality of service. Keep it up guys! Good job! (I have no children working at Starbucks in case you're wondering)
This is my husband and my preferred Starbucks. They are consistent, kind, and everything is clean. A particular experience that prompted me to write this review was the caring staff.

I went inside the store to order a gift card and get a little drink. Unfortunately, there was a person that came in shortly after and was not really there (speaking/muttering to themselves, punching things, wanting to fight someone but never talked to anyone directly). I was still waiting for my drink when this person came in and one employee saw me with my baby, and immediately took action. I saw him go on the phone. He then was trying to ask the person if they were okay and if they needed help. I also saw him keep an eye on me and my son. Once I got my order, I was a little hesitant to walk out because the person was still punching things. The same employee escorted me to the door. When I turned to say thank you i saw his name tag to ensure that i write this review. He shut the door behind me and stood next to the door until I got in my car. He did not need to do any of that. Honestly, great person, great team, great drinks.
In addition, my husband used to go here a lot in the mornings. so much he had to cut back lol. but they remember him by name and even by voice. lol. they always showed great customer service.
