Got there at 8:50 pm and they didnt want to let me order inside. The doors were already locked they wanted me to go through the drive thru but I'm not going to go to their drive thru only for them to make my drinks wrong. They already weren't looking friendly as is

I understand if the line is long but handing me a coffee that was no longer even lukewarm but basically room temp is crazy. I waited patiently in line for over 15 mins. Bummed me out!

Customer service sucks. New to the area. I’ve came 4 different times and we’ve had a bad experience every single time. The people there always give attitude and act like I inconvenience them when I ask for anything. Gonna have to drive further to go to another Starbucks because this one ain’t it. Please train your people better!

First time at this location this morning and my match latte was absolutely horrible. It’s like they dumped the powder in my cup and didn’t bother to froth it. I couldn’t even drink it because it was so chunky. Worst drink I’ve ever had at Starbucks. Waste of money. Very dissatisfying.

I clearly had a Starbucks cup in my hand and I asked for a cup of water and that little girl in the front told me she couldn't give me a water because I had to buy something. So I explained to her that I just had my cup with me? And she told me they don't give out any water, no more. I'm not sure if they actually don't give any water or is that girl? Simply add an attitude the problem. I've been to so many Starbucks, I've never had this problem. I'm not sure who's in charge here, but this is ridiculous to not be able to ask for a simple cup of water.
