I clearly had a Starbucks cup in my hand and I asked for a cup of water and that little girl in the front told me she couldn't give me a water because I had to buy something. So I explained to her that I just had my cup with me? And she told me they don't give out any water, no more. I'm not sure if they actually don't give any water or is that girl? Simply add an attitude the problem. I've been to so many Starbucks, I've never had this problem. I'm not sure who's in charge here, but this is ridiculous to not be able to ask for a simple cup of water.

Walking into the store and it was dirty . From the floor to the counter top where you pick up your food. All the available tables were dirty . Trash was filled to the top. Also when we ordered one our drinks with peppermint syrup the barista not only said no they also said Starbucks stopped carrying that 3 years ago which is not true . Very disappointing.

We got some strawberry drinks for the kids, they were inconsistent in concentration from each other, not sure what went wrong there. It was disgusting that we had to share our space sitting inside with every bum that comes off the street that is drugged up and hasn't showered in years. Atmosphere would be 0 stars if I can give 0 stars. I don't need a bleeding heart response on why this kind of ridiculous garbage is being allowed,

I just wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience at the Starbucks location in town. I must say, it was truly top-notch!
The staff at this particular Starbucks are exceptional. Their customer service is outstanding, and they always go above and beyond to ensure a positive experience for customers. Whether it's a busy morning rush or a slower afternoon, the team there is consistently friendly, efficient, and accommodating.
Moreover, the services provided at this Starbucks are nothing short of excellent. The quality of the beverages and food offerings is always consistent, and the atmosphere is conducive to either catching up with work or simply enjoying a relaxing break.
In conclusion, I highly recommend visiting this Starbucks location if you haven't already. It's a true gem in our town, and I believe you'll also have a wonderful experience there.
The staff here is so rude. There were 2 girls in the front. I believe one of their names is Katlyn. They couldn’t even turn to acknowledge me, when I spoke to them. Instead just joked about not completing their food handlers card. And the drink they made was awful.
The barista at the drive thru window at 9:45 am was very unhelpful with my coupon from my phone Tried to rush me away and to top off the drink was nasty ?

Soon as you walk up to the front of the register, they walk away and they tell you hold on one second and make you wait over five minutes while they make the coffees for everybody else while you could just order yours for a minute and could’ve waited for it to be done but no they want to make me wait so they can finish what they’re doing instead so that way They can take their time ignoring me so I left this place is horrible. I would not recommend it they only prioritize themselves over the customer.
