Starbucks

I don't know why, but from all the Starbucks in California, this one always feels right. People here are sincerely nice and welcoming. I'm not from Lancaster, I only drive through many times. I was working there for 9 months, but in general, I travel all over California. And as I said, this place feels like home. Thank you to all the nice people who work there and are so nice. Always.

Extremely unprofessional. Kid at the counter should have not been by himself. Didn’t know where anything was. And I had to repeat my order 6 times literally. Starbucks please train better.

Dutch Bros 💯💪.. Star Bux doesn't support the sacrifice Veterans have made. They don't offer any Veterans discount appreciation. I'm going to Dutch Bros for now on.

I've been coming here for years and the workers are always super nice. Very rarely my drink is made wrong but they always make sure to remake it ! The only thing is that they sometimes take awhile in the drive thru line but they've been getting better!

Well you didn't really come here for the atmosphere. But their coffee is consistent and their workers work extremely hard. I stop here a lot when I go to the nearby vet for visits with my pups and get them pupachinos.

Very slow service

i'm never ordering matcha at this location again. first off, they are still using the old fake matcha powder. secondly, today i decided to give the lavender matcha a chance, and i've had huge matcha powder chunks in EVERY sip (and barely ANY lavender foam at that). i didn't have time to have it remade so i'm just never going to bother with ordering a matcha here again.

The employees that take orders outside let people cut the line like peoples time is not precious enough.

Parking: The drive thru is very confusing so people try to cut the line in the drive thru and the employees seem to let it happen

I don’t know what’s happening to this Starbucks,
I keep trying because is so much closer and convenient but today was my last try they are making the drinks so tasteless it’s like they just add milk and water down coffee, my faves are caramel macchiato or white chocolate moca hot or ice, love the one in valley central way but these one in k and 20 west I’m always just throwing my money away through drive thru I just dum it cause I’m on the go, but inside I take it back and they still make the coffee tasting like ass! And the employees look, and greet you like they are chained and so unhappy maybe has lot to do.
