I've been coming here for years and the workers are always super nice. Very rarely my drink is made wrong but they always make sure to remake it ! The only thing is that they sometimes take awhile in the drive thru line but they've been getting better!
Well you didn't really come here for the atmosphere. But their coffee is consistent and their workers work extremely hard. I stop here a lot when I go to the nearby vet for visits with my pups and get them pupachinos.
Normally I get really good service at all the starbucks. But today at the one on 20th Street West and k in lancaster. My order was taken but everyone else that came in after me and ordered and even through drive-thru got there stuff. But they forgot about me.
