Normally I get really good service at all the starbucks. But today at the one on 20th Street West and k in lancaster. My order was taken but everyone else that came in after me and ordered and even through drive-thru got there stuff. But they forgot about me.
When i ordered they didn't take my name and i waited a while for my coffee which was ready long time and there were no tickets on them so didn't enen know which one was which
My drink was ok, i paid for extra whip and hardly got any in my cup of frapp, i even tipped them a couple of bucks. But its starbies so my drink was still good and the girl who took my ordrr was super nice and friendly, tip: person making frappe shouldnt be stingy when extra is added. Double check drink before you pull out...
