I was at drive thru at 10:15 and they were not wanting to take prder. They close at 10:30pm. They were not anwering me. When we drove up to window, staff went to hide. Bad service.

I visit this Starbucks often, and every time I’m there, one barista always stands out, Connor. He is consistently sweet, kind, upbeat, and genuinely caring. Hearing his cheerful “Hello, this is Connor!” always brightens our day. Even though this location isn’t close to our home, we gladly go out of our way because we know we’ll always be treated with kindness and warmth whenever Connor is there. He truly makes each visit special.

I bought strawberry açaí with light water and sold me water with strawberry flavored which I told the manager I can pay for extra base not water included and I have to pay the 2 drinks again plus the water they sold me!! It is ridiculous to pay a lot for water which it is free!! I ask with out strawberries and they do not discount that but when you are expecting something good and this stuff don’t help it makes your day soo bad 🥲. Thank you kurcel for been so kind with clients. I am been sarcastic.!! There is better people here that helps you very well and make you feel good when you come!! I come every day

I was in there a couple of times in the morning this past week to get my on-road drink and although they were mobile orders and the time I spent in the lobby was minimal, I could not ignore the great ambiance and friendly vibes in the building! Everyone greeted me with a smile as I walked in each time and wished me a great day as I walked out. What a great day to start my work day!

Above and beyond customer service! We had an order of four drinks. The ongoing summer lemonade drink with popping raspberry boba, matcha frap, mocha cookies and creme frap and mango dragonfruit with 3 pumps simple syrup and extra dragonfruit. Usually, my family and I go inside but on this occasion we used the drive thru (AV summer, am I right?) The people working at this particular Starbucks made sure that we were well taken care of - very patient with any slight adjustments to our orders! We appreciate you all very much! Thank you for your kindness!

They denied me a cup of water saying I had to make a purchase
This location seems to be a homeless shelter with vagrants slumped over the tables sleeping. Also, the music is so loud I had to yell just to place an order. A donut shop is so much more inviting than here.
