This location seems to be a homeless shelter with vagrants slumped over the tables sleeping. Also, the music is so loud I had to yell just to place an order. A donut shop is so much more inviting than here.

This was my first time at this Starbucks. Marlyn was extremely friendly, patient and overall had a great attitude. I never tried any of the new drinks so she gave her suggestions. It was my first time trying the pumpkin cream chai latte and it’s very good. Thank you Maryln for your service and suggestions.

I have gone to many Starbucks here in the AV and I will say that this location is top tier! Everytime I come by they always get my order right and their beverage quality is the best! The baristas are always amazing and super sweet! Especially Alec! Oh am I also have to add they are always super fast and on it!

I bought a protein box for my breakfast through my app. I took from the counter because I was a little late for work. What was my surprise when I opened it to have my breakfast ? mold in the bread and the egg looks very old.
They make the drinks as ordered. They dont skimp out!!!

Apparently they are closing early for an event, not sure if it's corporate or private. Two homeless men sitting at the setup table were asked to leave because they were closing early for an event. As one walks out and the other is packing their things and a stupid employee shakes their water cup and says, "spare change, spare change." The fact the manager said nothing and others played along is disgusting.
