I visit this Starbucks often, and every time I’m there, one barista always stands out, Connor. He is consistently sweet, kind, upbeat, and genuinely caring. Hearing his cheerful “Hello, this is Connor!” always brightens our day. Even though this location isn’t close to our home, we gladly go out of our way because we know we’ll always be treated with kindness and warmth whenever Connor is there. He truly makes each visit special.
I bought strawberry açaí with light water and sold me water with strawberry flavored which I told the manager I can pay for extra base not water included and I have to pay the 2 drinks again plus the water they sold me!! It is ridiculous to pay a lot for water which it is free!! I ask with out strawberries and they do not discount that but when you are expecting something good and this stuff don’t help it makes your day soo bad 🥲. Thank you kurcel for been so kind with...
I was in there a couple of times in the morning this past week to get my on-road drink and although they were mobile orders and the time I spent in the lobby was minimal, I could not ignore the great ambiance and friendly vibes in the building! Everyone greeted me with a smile as I walked in each time and wished me a great day as I walked out. What a great day to start my work day!
