Really bad customer service, girl at the drive thru today has no manners. I had ordered a lot of drinks and she didn’t offer a drink carrier. Had me sitting there at the window for several minutes until she says my total, no drink carrier, no straws. I asked her a question and she didn’t respond. She shoved the drinks into my hand and turned away. The only thing she said to me was my total. Weird.

Me and my brother order DoorDash from this Starbucks and I’ve let so many mistakes slide because I work in retail I get things can be hectic sometimes but when you mess up my order not once, not twice, not 3xs but more than 5xs I’m writing a review because there’s no fn way you mess up this many times on different days and different times it’s definitely a management issue that some of these employees need to be retrained because this is ridiculous I get DoorDash does refunds but I should not be doing refunds over and over and over again for basic drinks that never had been messed up before they did the reconstruction of the building it’s just been mess up after mess up I’ve inserted a picture of the drinks, the one for uber eats is not ours and came in our order that was sealed in the bag BY Starbucks employees not the dasher so definitely not his fault but the employees AT Starbucks.
Worst Starbucks in town.. They didn't even give me my whole order, and when I came back, they said they could not accommodate me in any way. Waste of 40 minutes for a cake pop to make my kid happy, just because of incompetent people that can't do their jobs.

Lily has the worst attitude she runs the place don’t ask for anything without saying please she will yell at you, I asked for ice and she yelled at me for not begging for it. Her attitude doesn’t match the Starbucks customer service guidelines

Worst service ever been coming here years and I work for the plaza and they refuse to let me use the restroom when servicing their stores unless I buy something when I bought a coffee this morning

I recently visited this location and ordered a White Chocolate Mocha Frappuccino and a lemonade. Unfortunately, the Frappuccino was overly bitter, and the lemonade tasted watered down, which my niece also found disappointing. I had previously stopped visiting this location due to similar issues with the same drinks, but I decided to give it another chance after two months. Unfortunately, the quality still did not meet expectations. I would appreciate it if steps could be taken to improve consistency and quality control at this store.

My initial order was a caramel Brule latte Frappuccino which is a cold drink usually . I got mines hot. So I went in & had them exchange it for a real Frappuccino & got basically an iced coffee . I had to throw it in my nutri- bullet @ home. So annoying. I felt wronged twice over.. thank God for my blender! They also let me keep the mishap. Ty I guess..

Been coming here occasionally, for years. Lately i noticed the decline in value. Lattes are watered down. So, I buy another espresso shot (1 oz. exactly) for $3.50.
That made the total price $9
...for coffee!!!
Maybe it's the fact that I've been going to mom & pops coffee shops, lately, that i noticed how much Starbucks coffee sucks! Overrated.
Not to mention all the chemicals in their processed pastries.
I'm just gonna stick to my Keurig coffee from now on.

Dinning room was very dirty with trash on floor and dirty tables. Trash cans were full and the music was blasting so loud you couldn’t even have a conversation. If I wanted to go to a concert I would.

Whenever I order my Peppermint Frap I order it blended and they give it to me liquid with ice cubes... And they take too long.
